2/23 BACK/SHOULDERS

Ok that was my gay ass attempt at twisting up B.I.G. song.. Been tending to the wife since her surgery Friday so been busy. Also, got to work today and had temp of 100 and they str8 ran me out that bitch lol. Maybe theres a reason I been feeling run down etc. Felt oddly good tho once I drug my ass to gym and got going. Seems like it's always something anymore. I know I'm missed posting a couple workouts but it is what it is. Sometimes just gotta take care of you. Lastly, I had damn hiccups for 38hrs straight!! Sounds funny but that shit started grtting painful and really wore me down. Kept me up damn near a whole night and when they finally seemed to go last night woke up to pee and here they came again. Coulda ran thru a brick wall and slapped my mama they went away fast tho. Nuff bitching. Workouts been good at least

Not 100% sure on hardware but yes to the pillow/sling. She's in better shape today but she's been uncomfortable last few days so just been leaving her be for most part

They definitely sutured her. Just let her know if she moves it and her arm falls close to her; she can pull out all the hard work! I’ve seen it and they have to go back in! She will recover well. The pillow is the worst part; I am told! I god bless have not had to get surgery. I actually do pre exercises to strengthen my cuff muscles. The bands have been a great reminder to make me do them twice a week.

She listens to docs religiously so thats no worry. I asked her and they cut away the torn up stuff, drilled, anchored and sewed together.
I do my rotator everyday I do upper body work which is pretty much daily

Those "guillotine presses" have really grown on me. Weighted dips after that are hit or miss tho. They tend to be the beginning of the end

Lol. They never really grow on ya! Kinda weird, unnatural feeling{some exercises}. Guillotines are worth it, weighted dips{forms of} are worth it! I feel like weighted dips, pull-ups, chin-ups, basically bodyweight movements put on major size for me besides the squats-Deads-Reg bench, OH Presses. Neck presses feel odd but, they; along with incline help build a nice shelf and if you truly don’t like em; let’s switch em out. I normally wouldn’t say that but, you train hard AF! If you aren’t feeling em; you need something you FEEL. Just put more weight on barbell tricep extensions and close grip bench! Add another set or increase the weight. On the guillotinnes: Skip and we can add more weight or volume to all incline work. Maybe add an Incline exercise. Idk....everything seems to be going well. You look really great! I am impressed X3!

Personally i see zero reason to change em out. They stretch the shit out of me and polish off pump nicely. If anything, since i cant really load em yet, just switch them with dips so they can be loaded more and do neck press last(before flyes so not last)

Imma get in trouble today replaced dips with decline skull crushed cause my chest sore as shit and when it would stretch at bottom Holy shit tight af. Body said "better stop that shit, or else!" So I did.

DB curls-did an extra just cause it was moving too good to stop. Turns out, cause went too light on first set cause didn't refer to log first
