    11/18 shoulders 203.5lb
    Another good one. Felt like I could've went for hours today, stupid job left shoulder was being an asshole hence the shit hammer strength presses but everything else was gravy.

    H.S. press- 1×12×70 per side & 1×10×90

    Standing press in pro squat mach- 3×8/8/10×90lb total SS w/
    Cable upright rows- 3×10/10/12×140

    DB laterals- 3×10/12/12×30s SS w/
    Rev pec deck- 3×12×105/135/135

    Just gotta few weeks left with this run so gonna really try to squeeze out every drop. No 2nd body part and add in a couple more sets of isolation/pump stuff at the end assuming recovery stays good. Makes me feel better seeing weight creeping back up too and somehow looking harder/leaner. Had a couple rough weeks there and it showed on scale and in mirror, in person at least. Been cheating in some dirty cals last 8-10 days after work too 3-4 days a week with 3 blt from cookout or one of those grilled cheese burrito things from taco bell. Those days brings me up to 5400 cals before counting in the Powerade/body armor/sweet tea cals. Presumably all the work hours, has my NEAT ridiculously high but that's supposedly calming down after this weekend

    This yesterday(Friday) work. The bench press PR cost me my last set of exercises but totally worth it. Wanted that 365 for a long time now. I was off ladt weekend so forgot to set my weekend alarm and slept till 230pm today but will make up legs tomo. The PR was regular grip BTW.

    We use similar log books! Lol. That or if you forget ; a piece of paper or like Milford- yellow pad!! It all works good. I transfer later . But I have 4 full big boxes of spirals from past 7 years. Crazy

    GD was a good week!!! 3 for 3 on the big 3 this week. 410 squat. Yea my squats shit lol. I did miss depth slightly cause my wrist hit the GD safety bar but i taking it anyways lol. It wasn't too far off pic below
