    1/25 BACK/SHOULDERS
    Sorry I been a.bit under the weather last several days. Lethargy was unbearable, head was swimmy and just couldn't get right. Had no choice but to lay it down a few days. Missed 2 days at work and gym. I slept 22 straight hrs Saturday into Sunday. When im sick i tend to go into a.freaking coma. Been like that since a kid. We back tho and even tho a bit sluggish at start of day had a great workout regardless!!! So here goes......

    Pull-Ups- (really should've finally added a.few lbs today but made myself not push the free.weight exercises today for obvious reasons)

    After those few days down, even tho it was just 1 day of messing up diet on account of all the sleeping, im not stepping on that scale for a couple days and getting all stressed out about it. Unless I'm told to of course lol. Even from that pic today till now I can already feel fuller and more hydrated etc. (You know I'll be on that fucker tomorrow, right? )

    Even if you miss or fall short(we all do) just right back at it. Part of why I donít drink is as a teen I watched all my BB friends fade into hard work and low pay because they would party so hard and need they would lose all the hard work in the gym. Especially taking any oils/oral which they did for football and one for rugby. It is so prevalent at these gyms which I donít mind but they have only internet telling them stuff. Which can be good if you understand it : a lot of hear : Tren and test and anadrol any they weigh 150! I stay silent! . Have to they always dance around it but we have people that try do act like hey just train there but they are hired by corporate to see if your a liability. I say jsck shit inkers I personally known them. That is why love the forum. Time for a belly ***

    Amd yes I'm seeing the same shit. Funny how when you look a certain way the talk just comes to u. A guy im buddies with now started his first cycle and gym membership same day(trained before tho) it was test deca tren and 100 anadrol!!! Never heard of an AI or anything protectant. Still asked me once, what's superdrol do? I preached and preached to him and when i finally got thru to him and he went to get bloods and you can guess what his results were. They were real bad too!!! Forum advice. They just dont realize those guys are years deep into this and if somebody advised that i hope to hell they didn't know he had zero exp. I can repeat that story(diff compounds) at least 6-8 times just in my short time using.

    Almost on a daily basis; I get to see bloods from not only forums, clients, or So Me. Platforms. I not only had 3 new client just yesterday : 1 older male , 1 younger and 1 female. I do most of my studying in search of any and all new and old but unknown or not practiced; preventative/protection methods for any and all ped use and overall health. I just did an article that Iíve been working on for the past month. It amazed me to see that only .9% of men with low T are treated a bit over 3 years ago and it has tripled, a whole 2.9% .... . It amazes me how some had a whole AI /cycle/pct or part or none. It was across the board . One person already knew it all, he Told me he was all set , just needed diet/workout help(keep in mind this was his first cycle). Because he was a referral I said sure, later throughout conversation; he showed me his cycle.

    500mg Test E
    600mg Deca
    60mg Dbol
    2.5 mg letrozole (liquid)
    And a mix of 4 sarms

    I asked where / who the ****! Set you up on that ? He said - one of the biggest guys at my gym - and I watch YouTube with all the top guys and this is ďtotally synergistic fusionĒ . (Omg ) You can imagine how that was handled. It was just so bad ; the misinformation and solid information. People listen to all this; with regular male bodies ; they take notes on this guy Said , not realizing the person talking on
    Those site : some are talking to top Amateur/Pros and it was personalized for one guy . It can be challenging to have to not only help someone but get them deprogrammed. Plus- the guy at his gym {We all know what he gave him} I am glad people are interested in BB! Kids need to start training or do sports w
    Lifting sometime during Jr High. That way By the time theyíre in their early 20s they may have 10+ years under their belt. Then tne kinesiology is a whole other subject for in person training . If I happen to look up usually at least six people doing something weird or dangerous at all times.

    This is the week i get to add in cheat meal so surely that'll help. What little water weight i had didn't take no time to leave. I'll start adding in some more carb powders too

    You got a sick v taper too man. It's the pullups i swear. Best workout for that big upper spread and narrow waist. I do a bunch of them every day.
