    10/27 CHEST/Bis 205.9lbs
    Well everything just seemed so heavy today and strength was way down. Triceps still sore from back on Sunday too and I slept great lastnight finally too. That said, session was AWESOME otherwise. You'll see I changed up a bit although I still got my meat and tater movements the same at start. Dont be fooled by 2 sets, im going in on em Jordan Peters style.

    This style training is super tough on leg day hence the only 1 set on first 2. Glutes still being sore didnt help either. Good day regardless tho.

    Today was awesome!! Im confused about my weigjt tho. Its never fluctuated this much and I literally eat the same thing everyday except dinner. I've never really been able to OHP before cause of elbow so im pretty stoked about the progress.

Forgot to write my weight down today but was down to 202.8 i believe all because I missed a meal yesterday and sleep was shit last 2 nights. I'm done crying and bitching now!!!
