10/20/20 LEGS
Didn't squat today due to back being tore up but I did have some frustration to get out and totally took it out on the pendulum squat. Dont be fooled by only 2 sets. These were 2 nasty mofo sets!! Even my 2 buds i was training with who are bigger and stronger were like WTF?! Anyways,
Pendelum squat- 1×11×4.5 4plates & 1×5×5 plates per side.(This was some Jordan Peters type shit)
Pivot leg press- 2×10×4plate +100# plate 3×10×4.5 plates +100# plate per side
Leg ext- 3×10/10/15

10/22 ARMS 203lbs
Is it just me or do i have an odd Tricep routine? I know these are the mass builders but and I don't intend to change it yet but just seems pushdown variants and maybe skullcrushers are the norm. I dunno, anyway.
CGBP- 3×8×240/235/235 ss w/
BB curls- 3×8×95/90/90 (really learning to squeeze the tri at top of these and about to switch back to ez bar. My right elbow/forearm doesn't like the str8 bar)
Weighted dips- 3×8×55/60/60 SS w/
DB curls- 3×8×40
Incline tri ext- 3×8×40 SS w/
Hammer curls- 3×8×40
No pix again. I'll get back on it tomorrow
