P.S. 203 lbs on scale today. Slightly bloated but not terribly. Feels awesome to finally own 200lbs. Now, if only this time I dont get sick again and drop to sub 185 again like last cycle start in Feb or so

Last week at 70%. Next week the main lifts jump to 5×3×80% and im glad too. Yesterday's Deadlifts and todays benchpress was awfully light

When your see the veins in full arms hands etc ... The % are estimated at how much ? Without big stomach ?
Because if i have well understand if your see the veins on the top (full arms / hands) and on (full legs / foot) is it an indicator?

Yes upper arm, top of forearms, and feet are very vascular. Last night after activities with wife i even had veins in legs and abdomen. The bottom of forearm is as vascular as possible considering 14 years if IV drug use

I think vascularity can trick you a little bit though. Abs and joint measurements are better i think if cant get dexa etc

Obvious in my stomach those 3 lbs got flushed down the toilet literally. Didnt even know I was backed up cause been regular but oh well.
