Just gotta few weeks left with this run so gonna really try to squeeze out every drop. No 2nd body part and add in a couple more sets of isolation/pump stuff at the end assuming recovery stays good. Makes me feel better seeing weight creeping back up too and somehow looking harder/leaner. Had a couple rough weeks there and it showed on scale and in mirror, in person at least. Been cheating in some dirty cals last 8-10 days after work too 3-4 days a week with 3 blt from cookout or one of those grilled cheese burrito things from taco bell. Those days brings me up to 5400 cals before counting in the Powerade/body armor/sweet tea cals. Presumably all the work hours, has my NEAT ridiculously high but that's supposedly calming down after this weekend

Went to a different gym today and got to play with some new toys. Tried the Arsenal flat/incline amd gotta admit not impressed. Wont make final judgment after 1 use but as of now I still like hammer strength much better.. The freemotion fly machine was awesome and they had the keiser brand hydraulic stuff too so did my 100 reps of bis on the preacher curl and that was pretty sweet too. Kept my "meat amd potatoes" the same tho.

I'm stuck with one or two options but, I don't use shakes at all normally so they last a while.

Today was pretty good! Not much to say really. I did switch the exercises slightly just to do something different. Still getting progressive overload every week so it sux cycle has to end in 2 weeks. I've hit my strength goals already but im still 1.5 lbs off weight goal but i do have 2 weeks. I wanted to walk away at 205 but I'm not gonna bloat the shit outta myself to do it either just to lose the water as soon as I come off.

CGBP- 1×10×275 & 2×8×250 SS w/
EZ BAR CURLS- 3×10/8/8×95

Weighted dips- 3×8×60 SS w/
Incline DB curl- 3×8×25/30/30

Incline Skullcrusher- 3×8×75 ss w/
Reverse curls- 3×8×75

Hammer decline press- 2×15×1.5 plate(70lb a side)
Drop set- 70×20/45×20/25×20

Gotta protect my elbows with skulls hence the light weight. Touched crown of skull then str8 back w/ 2 count contraction. Same with rev curls and brachialis. Same technique used.
I really gotta figure out these bicep poses too. Cant seem to expose peaks from behind for shit. Doesn't help that my bis seem to grow out vs up either. Oh well LOL

I was dragging was today cause sleep was shit and was just gonna get a quick leg pump and go but his leg workout popped up literally on way to gym and motivated me to get shit done .
