10/19 CHEST
Went to dr today for my back again. Same old shit, take these pills and go back to work. Right rhomboids and scapula area are literally visually swollen after work most nights, feels like a bomb went off under shoulder blade, and these assholes wont take me serious for some reason! Odd thing is that weights don't bother or minimally aggravate it but 1 hr into work a 2 lb driver just blows my shit up. These 70 hr weeks gotta stop for real! Anyway, came home early last night and missed a meal and didn't sleep for shit and it showed in todays workout.

Bench press- 315x5 and 4×3×290(failed on very last rep of last set so 2.5 reps)
35° INCLINE - 5×10/8/6/10/11.5×185/185/160/135/135(supposed to be 5x10)
Banded DB flies- 3×8×30/30/25

Otherwise the workout felt really good. Chest was tight and pumped as a mofo. Shouldve took pic but didn't cause was with friend and wife was ready to eat.

Didn't squat today due to back being tore up but I did have some frustration to get out and totally took it out on the pendulum squat. Dont be fooled by only 2 sets. These were 2 nasty mofo sets!! Even my 2 buds i was training with who are bigger and stronger were like WTF?! Anyways,

Pendelum squat- 1×11×4.5 4plates & 1×5×5 plates per side.(This was some Jordan Peters type shit)

Pivot leg press- 2×10×4plate +100# plate 3×10×4.5 plates +100# plate per side

Leg ext- 3×10/10/15

Is it just me or do i have an odd Tricep routine? I know these are the mass builders but and I don't intend to change it yet but just seems pushdown variants and maybe skullcrushers are the norm. I dunno, anyway.

BB curls- 3×8×95/90/90 (really learning to squeeze the tri at top of these and about to switch back to ez bar. My right elbow/forearm doesn't like the str8 bar)

Weighted dips- 3×8×55/60/60 SS w/
DB curls- 3×8×40

Incline tri ext- 3×8×40 SS w/
Hammer curls- 3×8×40

No pix again. I'll get back on it tomorrow

I just couldn't hold my eyes open yesterday morning so had to make it up on a Sunday. Kinda went off script again because I really wanted that 545 deadlift before adding in a 2nd body part this week. I GOT IT!! Also, finally got tired of fighting the lights in pix. Same place at gym as usual so i dunno what was different.

Deadlift- worked up to 545x1(nearly fell on my ass and barely locked out for split second )
