Thanks brutha. Ur 100% right!! It wasn't till ibstaryed doing them regularly bout year and half ago that my back started to spread out. Deads, rows, and labor handled thickness. No more manual labor for me tho lolYou got a sick v taper too man. It's the pullups i swear. Best workout for that big upper spread and narrow waist. I do a bunch of them every day.

I been in a bit of a funk but we soldiering on anyways. Missed legs last week due to not feeling well but we made some progress never the less. On hack squat something went a little wonky in my right hamstring so I dialed it back on last set of hack squats and on leg press(50 lb less than last time) all hamstring work felt fine tho oddly enough. Rigged me up a lying leg curl finally too. Used a bench and strapped a piece of rope on low pulley and boom! No more band b.s. damn near started crampimg up on em too lol. Anyways, the w/o.

I also wish i knew what tweeked my hammy. The video i took didnt tell me anything and was fine once on to ham iso work which makes zero sense to me. It's fine now tho so I dunno. Deadlifts 1st thing tomo so that'll tell me everything i need to know

Yea most my jeans are a problem. Levis forget about it lolFuck it! They have grown!! It is all about how those clothes don’t fit in the legs anymore and they’re too big for your waist that’s when you know! Lol. You see yourself all the time so you don’t see the dramatic difference over the years but I I can look at old pictures and new pictures and that’s why I make sure I don’t weigh in too much or I start getting fixated. Unless competing , that is diff

Yea I did lol. My broke ass aint affording tailored jeans. There is a local place tho that used to do em for like $80. For now just joggers and sweats tho. As of today I got some water weight abiut to come back for a few weeks. Would be nice to have a couple pair of nice fitting jeans thoYeah, I have found a few 4 way stretch denim (not skinny or slim jeans) . Then 4 way stretch are wide fitted, taper , They just cost a lot because only certain brands make stylish ones. But they are great because you can get actually even exercise in them if you needed to.

I'm actually very happy, for once, with this workout. Everything moved well, pump was good, and did some decent work on Deadlifts. That first set of squats sucked balls tho. Actually a little sore today lol. Gotten spoiled not having any leg doms last several weeks but that's my penance for missing last week.
And WTF os with my back breakouts post w/o?!?! It's always there but when my back has blood in it, its just looks 1000x worse!!

Ah ha. Im lookin str8 but leaned back. Stay neutral!! Good catch thanks. The rest is mobility issue. Just stretching them into place little by little.That rear double looks a lot better! Keep the head up though. Maybe rotate the forearms back a little more. Otherwise it looks good. Back is looking real nice!

Too lazy and tired to type a lot. Today was pretty damn good until hammy cramps. Haven't had these in a while but i am back to 70hr work week tho. Only happened on standing leg curl tho even when came back to it. Cant make sense of it.
Did things diff today. Pix BEFORE the damage was done. Shshsh plus didn't wanna go causing cramps again flexing lol
