    11/12 ARMS/CHEST 200.4lb
    Had to take a couple days off. Been stretched out too far with work and had a touch of flu or something. Lost too much weight this week because of it but we back on track now. No progress on workout this week except the bench press/ez curls but lucky to match last weeks.

    CGBP- 3◊8◊275/245/245 ss w/
    Ez bar curls- 3◊8◊75/95/95

    Weighted dips- 3◊8◊60 ss w/
    DB curls- 3◊8◊40

    Incline DB ext- 3◊8◊45/40/40 ss w/
    Hammer curls- 3◊8◊45/40/40

    H.S decline- 100 reps/50/25/25◊1 plate

    11/13 LEGS
    Ok so today was both good and bad. Good because I did move 3,480lbs more than I did last week for a total of 41,230lbs(yes i track that shit too a lot). After the week ive had with being ill and work still kicking My ass a normal person would either dial it back rest of week or just replicate last week at most. But nooooo gotta progress like a hard headed asshole . Which brings me to the bad/funny. Ok, cramping legs are pretty regular after leg day once i lay down but tonight at lunch OH MY!!! Stand up to leave break room and right leg locks up. Switch to left leg with weight and that fucker locks up so here's my dumb ass squatted down stretching quads out in agony and people like WTF but with a middle finger, fake smile, and a fuck off they got it and start hee-hawing(laughing for you non southerners). Finally get up and on way back to line EVERY GD STEP when quads fires a cramp would start. So im walking "on my hams" like a crippled old man and this shit continued forever it seemed. I run 2 stations so every time i turned to other station, yep, cramp. Dick heads went out of way to come down and make a wheel chair or walker joke. Or the best one, when i was squatted down again, "takin a shit?" "Fuck off Stephanie!!" Shit was pretty damn funny, FOR THEM!!! Love my coworkers tho so its all fun. We bust balls daily and its cool because, as lots of you know, most people are intimidated by guys who's traps and upper back are visible from the front etc.
    P.S. FUCK YOU FOR LAUGHING TOO!!
    Anyways, these 6-8 set leg workouts are viscous when done right and all sets to failure. Am I the only one weaker on hack squat than BB squat? And yes I hit parallel with BB. Maybe because i can get deeper on hacks. Same with hammer strength bench press too.

    Hack squat- 2◊9/6◊3plates

    Pendulum squat- 1◊6◊5 plate & 1◊8◊4.5 plates

    Pivot leg press- 2◊12◊5plate +100lb plate

    BSS- none struggled to walk and even more not to puke

    That is kinda funny, I make comments like that to guys and girls Iím training sometimes if the are cool. Your end of sucked for sure. Hack squats; if done with I completely Motion and no reast at top but goi gong deep; that are hard as shit!í If they arenít, i Mobe my foot stance and I am right back at making it completely hard again. One thing I do not miss is plate changes or loading it up and taking it all back. They have the plate tree @ one of the gyms like 45 yards away and they see this gym up with out centering equipment to mirrors or floor even. Have uneven, ceiling heights. The other gyms are all high end but that one is pretty cool because they have a ď donít give s F*** ,outdoor section with nodules except putting Weights back. Alway donít 18-299lb dumbbells on the floor

    Yea it's common for me to tap the bottom of hack. I try to avoid it but it happens and if I know its my last rep a lot of times I'll pause bottomed out for a couple seconds. Its a fact(said by chiro) my hams glutes are super tight so maybe having my feet out in front is why i can get deeper on hacks. As far as plates, my tree is close and its only 6 total plates atm but that sux enough. Unloading the pivot leg press, pendulum squat, or deadlift really sux. Putting them on is cool but unloading 10 damn plates is a bitch after that effort.
