    Coming off completely you loose everything, I have my training certification and I have all my progress Written down but as far as fullness look from gear, you will shrink down to where you donít even look jacked

    yea I don't agree with that either lol when I come off I loose some weight of course but I most definitely don't loose everything.

    You loose whatever you looked like on cycle PERIOD I know you guys donít want to admit that. You basically look natty but you donít have muscles popping through your shirt which was why you got on

    Traps shrink, delts arenít as round etc

    Unless medically necessitated, I can't see why one would not do a therapeutic test dosage protocol in between blasts.

    The bottom line here is its going to be different for everybody.. Age does matter. If you are older it will become harder and harder to keep gains as you natural test level declines. And genetics matter. You better believe if you are genetically skinny when you come off eventually if enough time passes you will lose all your gains. But those arent the only factors health wise the less amount of time you are on gear the better, assuming that you dont have extremely low test because that can bad also.. The reality is its a personal decision with personal consequences.

    If you have been constantly building muscle over several years you don't go back to square one every time you get off. I have been on trt dose, 180 mg/wk, for almost 3 months now and don't look "natty". Sure, you will "loose" some fullness but the muscle built is past what is naturally attainable because of previous cycles. Especially if training and nutrition stay the same.

    If you mean come off completely and pct or drop to to a cruise/TRT dose theN it depends on you and what you want personally. If you still want to have a bunch of kids, I would recommend coming off and pct. I got tired of pct and losing a substantial amount of what I gained on cycle. So after years of cycling and pct I said fuck it and began to cruise in between cycles. Iíve been able to hold most of what I gain. But it is definitely true that you NEVER look like you do when youíre on a blast. That is a fact.

    IMO - knowing the health risks and is it worth the risk vs rewards.
    Staying on is a full blown commitment, it's more than just building muscle and etching in your physique. There comes blood work, routine check ups and all sorts of other things to be in the know of.
    The older we get our bodies are actually meant to slow down and dial things back, but if people want to sustain a bit longer by adding in a modest amount of hormones with staying ON, get to know the full story and details on what it takes to really, truly blast and cruise as an adult male, or an older mature male for that matter.

    Stay ON for longer durations can be done successfully with lots of fun and great returns, bear in mind there will be a price to pay at one point or an other, no one is impervious to the side effects that will come with it, just be aware, also know your families medical and genetic history because genetic-predispositions that may have gone unnoticed could easily show their presence and became a whole new set of life issues, unbeknownst prior.

    Responsibility and accountability is all I can say as I wrap up my post. recovery protocols will vary and have different results for everyone the same with stain on..

    Be safe and stay healthy.
