Pretty good my man. I think what I like most is not being on a 19-nor and feeling out of breath during heavy sets/cardio. I like the whole ďtest onlyĒ approach so far, although to be honest from judging on previous cycles, Iím not sure on whether doing 1000+mg cycles are beneficial over the lower doses cycles. Now, donít take me the wrong way, I do feel great, I just donít know that I feel much differently than when Iím on cycle any other time. The block of training that Iím starting next week will really be able to show me how Iím truly feeling in the strength department because Iím trading out the alternate main lifts and going back to competition squat/bench/deadlift and Iíll be pushing the percentages and intensity higher. Pretty stoked to see how my strength climbs. And all in all, my body is feeling great. No nagging injuries currently, my lower back hasnít be killing me, and my elbows havenít been aching. Iíve had very few times in this journey pain-free haha so weíll see how that changes in the coming weeks. Iím thinking also about switching to a carnivore diet for 30 days and cutting out all alcohol during that period. Should be pretty interesting

So, what was supposed to be a weekend getaway for the wife and I ended up becoming a frenzy. We sold our house, and effectively bought another house (what is turning out to be our dream home) over the course of Saturday and Sunday. Good things and blessings from God, although I definitely drank too much on Friday night and not enough water all weekend. In spite of all that, had a great opening day to this new block of training. These next 6 weeks are going to be heavy and exciting

    Warm-Up:
    Incline DB Press:
    50ís - 3X20

Competition Bench (1 second pause at bottom each rep):
    135X15
    225X8

    Working Sets:
    275 - 3X5

    Super-Set:
    Flat DB Press:
    85ís - 3X12
    Flat DB Chest Flye:
    35ís - 3X10

    Snatch-Grip Bent Over Barbell Row:
    135X10
    185X6
    205 - 3X6

    Super-Set:
    Pull-ups (strict):
    3X10
    Reverse Hyperís:
    90lbs - 3X15

    Front Raises w/45lb Plate:
    3X15

    Cable Preacher Curls:
    50lbs X15
    70lbs X15
    100lbs - 3X8

Better photos will be posted in the AM

Looking good bro! Some killer vascularity in your bicep over there. Workouts look to be ramping up.

Congrats on both houses. That can be super stressful but it sounds like your market is like ours, list it and get 5 offers same day over asking price.

Looking tight. . Donít injure yourself moving shit. . Congratulations, you really deserved this blessing to happen. Look at the projects as another challenge...a great, fun one. Hide your credit cards!! I feel trips to the local furniture, lighting , hardware , bed, bath, and beyond coming, hopefully Ikea, Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn, and Jenniferís Convertibles are far, far away. Home Depot and Loweís are obviously in your future! Lol . Get it done my man!

So, had to lift this morning earlier than expected and didnít get to finish everything I wanted. Will have to pick up tomorrow and finish what I missed. Stealing the pose from @Killabe but definitely not looking up to his and Monteís standards

Looking good Bro. You would do well in Classic Physique if you ever decided to compete. You hitting them poses like you know what youíre doing!

Iíve stayed away from benching wide grip for a long time due to having a collar bone that didnít heal correctly after it was broken and having a mildly torn rotator cuff in the same side a few years ago, so Iím trying to work myself into it slowly. It was nice to do it this morning and not feel any pain. Good things

Wide-Grip Bench Press w/1 second pause:
    Warm-up:
    135X10
    225X6

    Working Sets (add 40lbs chains):
    225 - 8X2

    Hanging Barbell Clean and Press:
    135 - 3X8

    High Pulley Face Pulls w/rope:
    50lbs X15
    70lbs - 3X10

    Cable Tricep Extís w/Rope:
    70lbs - 3X8

Hell yeah looking solid man! I love your home gym btw. Can't wait to get back going on mine. They're shutting us down again this week so hoping the gym can stay open without them doing any dumb shit like trying to take their business license. If they do I'm gonna be doing a shitload of work on the landmine until I get mine built lol
