    Vís Guide to becoming Feral

    Alright, so Iím going to kick this log off with a TD picture as well as a preface for things to come. I will be running the Super Sustanon 400 @1200mg per week, split into 400mg every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, along with Feralís Proviron @100mg everyday, split into 50mg every 12 hours. I have never run Sustanon before, so this is going to be an interesting run given that Iíve also never run test higher than 750mg per week.
    Iíve been off all gear for nearly 5 weeks to give my receptors a needed break and to also focus on getting my health back on track after some mind-opening bloodwork. Iíve still been training, but have also given my body a break from the heavy powerlifting that Iíve been used to. During this cycle, I plan on focusing a lot on my lower body and my posterior chain because that is definitely where my weaknesses lay. Iím going to be mixing things up in my training and doing some things new to me, so Iím excited to dive into this. I will be starting on Monday, the 31st. I will post pictures on Monday morning as well as my current body weight. Letís get it.

    Nice.... Choice of ai??? Everything on hand for any other issues.?

    Not sure id go 1200 if uve never experienced sust.....u dont know how ur gonna react to these other esters....id have stuff on hand for sure

    Diet, hydration, electrolytes, vitamins to aid blood thickness, cholesterol, kidneys & liver?

    Just wondering if all that is going to be covered and or talked about as well?

    I have some pharma Aromasin on-hand, which Iíll probably add it @12.5mg every M/W/F around week 3 or 4, but that may adjust to the left/right depending on how Iím feeling or if I start holding more water than normal.
    As far as the esters, Iíve never ran sust but Iíve ran all of the individual esters themselves before, but yes Iíve definitely got the AI on-hand and will add it in when the test starts to build in my system.
    My wife is putting together my diet (sheís a semester away from being a nutritionist), and my water intake has been on point for the past 3 weeks, definitely feeling good in that regard.
    On supplements, Iíve been taking fish oils everyday for the last month and will remain consistent (EPA 2500mg/DHA 976mg), I take 1200mg NAC daily, and 1500mg Turmeric w/bioperine.
    Iím definitely up for learning more if anyone has suggestions to give. Thatís why running logs are so great because they give a lot of openings for people to share their experiences.

    I plan on pulling bloodwork around week 6, so Iím excited to see how the free test is as well. Iíll add in Aromasin around week 3-4 @12.5mg M/W/F, if Iím feeling like I need it, and then Iíll adjust around week 6 after getting the bloodwork results back

    I pin Feral Super Sust 400 in the glutes, and have many times. Today as a matter of fact. No pip, zero for me at least.

    Hell yeah let's get it V!!!

    I've been running the sust 400 for the past 16 weeks at that same dose and been having great results not to mention absolutely zero PIP. It's time to switch it up and enter full cut mode now thanks to my fantastic coach

    Can't wait to see your results and how this treats you. Did you end up getting the extras that you discussed with me?

    Canít wait man, ready to start this training block off right. I hope your cut goes well, it will be cool to see your results after everything is said and done.

    The way Iíve written it, there will be 4 blocks, 3 weeks each. No deloads, each week will increase intensity and weight. This week will be a 4-day training week due to my schedule with work, but when work allows, I will be training 5 days a week.
    Current body weight: 201.8lbs

    5 min - Stationary Bike

    Incline DB Bench Warmup:
    50ís - 3X20

    Paused Bench (2 sec hold at bottom every rep):
    Warmup:
    135 - 2X15
    Working sets:
    225 - 2X10

    Dips:
    3X12
    Super-Set with Cable Crossovers:
    30lbs - X12
    50lbs - 2X12

    T-Bar Rows:
    90lbs - X10
    115lbs - X8
    135lbs - 4X6

    Lat Pulldowns (strict):
    100lbs - 3X12
    Super-Set with DB Pullovers:
    50lb DB - 3X12

    Tricep Pressdowns:
    110lbs - 3X8

    Hammer Curls:
