Apologies for the lack of update yesterday men. I didnít get to train because of how the training went and didnít get any free time. I will headed back home tomorrow morning due to increasing volatility in Louisville and my team getting spun up in anticipation of the craziness. Iíll be sure to post an update for my lift this afternoon.

I have never run Sustanon before, so this is going to be an interesting run given that Iíve also never run test higher than 750mg per week.
Iíve been off all gear for nearly 5 weeks to give my receptors a needed break and to also focus on getting my health back on track after some mind-opening bloodwork. Iíve still been training, but have also given my body a break from the heavy powerlifting that Iíve been used to. During this cycle, I plan on focusing a lot on my lower body and my posterior chain because that is definitely where my weaknesses lay. Iím going to be mixing things up in my training and doing some things new to me, so Iím excited to dive into this. I will be starting on Monday, the 31st. I will post pictures on Monday morning as well as my current body weight. Letís get it.
I am an advocate of high test and a single oral cycle. Thatís been a staple for mass and strength Over the years with little to no sides

800-1 gram is my sweet spot, this may not apply to you but I start to get very right and lose mobility at high test dosages so I incorporate daily morning stretching regimen so that doesnít happen. Iím rooting for you brother! Crush those goals

Good info. I definitely get bound up too when running high test and seem to be a little more injury prone doing physical activity just because I try to muscle through it unknowingly. Been doing some yoga with my wife in the evenings and it's a game changer. There's something to be said about having mass AND being functional.

    Be safe out there V!!

Yeah Iím definitely starting to feel a bit of that, especially in my traps and upper back from being in kit constantly. Iím gonna start incorporating some yoga into my day so I donít fuck myself up. Thanks for that tip, and I appreciate the support man

Yeah Iím gonna start doing that as well, definitely donít want to hurt myself mid cycle. Thanks brother, trying as best we can. Tonight has been quiet for the most part. FBI received some intel about a large group being bused in tomorrow, so I guess weíll see how the rest of the weekend pans out. Iíll be out here until around 2AM tonight.

Nice job V! I like that yoga incorporation and HFO3 statement. There is a method to this madness. It isnít all tricks and multi compounding. It is hard ass work, daily! Cheers
