    Man that's my weakness too. I have an issue with my right side and when it gets bad I can't even turn my neck. Best thing that's helped me is prednisone and NSAIDs. My wife always accuses me of turning my head to look at women walking down the street.

    Neck probs suck!! Especially if you sleep wrong; same with shoulder ! Rows are one of those things you can hit some major poundage, I need more plates for that! Lol. Keep on keeping on V! Hope all is well

    Apologies for the late update for yesterdayís training, spent that past 2 work days at the range and have been pretty tired. Still pushing weight and getting stronger in spite of it all, still feeling really good and my energy is continuing to improve. Definitely think weíre in the swing of the gear and things are about to get fun.

    Low bar squats:
    135 - 2X12
    225X10

    Squats + 40lbs of chains:
    255X5
    275X3
    295 - 2X3

    Leg Ext S/S Leg Curl:
    90lbs X15
    100lbs X12
    110lbs X12
    120lbs X10

    Reverse Hypers:
    90lbs X15
    140lbs - 4X15

    I have this exact same issue from an old neck injury. I'll sleep a little off and wake up miserable. Freaking sucks. I hate pain meds so I won't take them, all I have are these Fioricet tension headache pills that help. But I gotta lay flat in my back with no pillow for it to work, which is inconvenient to say the least

    Iíve been having consistent issues lately and I absolutely believe itís the pillow that is causing it.

    Mine was initially aggravated by seated smith machine presses. I've done it with shrugs too. Since I switched to standing OHP and haven't went stupid heavy on shrugs, I've been good for about 6mo. or so. Normally I would do it about once a quarter.

    Post workout update. If this one doesnít show that the gear is flowing, Idk what will. Refer back to my 3rd workout at the start of this log for comparison:

    Barbell Bench warm-up:
    135 - 2X12
    225 X8
    255 X5

    Chain Bench w/ 1 sec pause:
    275 + 40lbs chains - 8X3

    DB Rear Delt Flyes:
    30ís - 3X10
    Super-set with DB Skullcrushers:
    30ís - 3X8

    Close grip seated cable rows:
    150lbs - 4X10

    Lol Iím feeling good, definitely better than I was, but I think my levels are still creeping up. It takes my body a bit of time to get all 8 cylinders running after being completely off for a period of time. The wife is happy with the energy though
