    Happy Labor Day everyone. Had an incredibly rough Friday/Saturday working with the local law enforcement special operations teams dealing with protests and armed militia groups here In the city.
    Had a much needed day of relaxation yesterday and helped re-energize me for todayís training session. Definitely feeling better already after a week of consistent pinning.

    5 min - Stationary Bike

    Incline DB Bench Warmup:
    50ís - 3X20

    Paused Bench (2 sec hold at bottom every rep):

    How you feeling so far? Any increased pumps or noticing anything else? Monday will be two weeks and I figured the little bit of prop might have started to show itself by now.

    So yes, I can already feel my energy coming back from being on nothing, and Iím definitely getting more pumps. Also, that ďget in there and goĒ drive is coming back. Iíve been on the spot consistent with my injections so moving into this 3rd week, Iím definitely excited to get in there and kill it. I worked a 15 hour day yesterday so I didnít get to train, Iím ready to destroy some deadlifts today

    Nothing better than having a so-so day and making it to the gym when it's not the first thing on your mind. The workout is going okay and then you hit that beast mode zone where you get pissed off and just start throwing shit around.

    Thanks man. Today kinda sucked for the back movements because I kinked my neck in my sleep so my left trap was a bit locked up, I definitely felt like I couldíve done more weight on the rows
