    Last nights injection went perfectly, no PIP afterwards or this morning. Todayís training session was interesting and tougher than I expected. I havenít had a strong leg day here in the past couple weeks due to scheduling and just lack of motivation and energy, so forcing myself through this morning was a good kick in the dick to get back in gear:

    Stationary bike - 5min

    Body weight lunges warm-up:
    3X20 each side

    Squats with Chains:
    Warm-Up:
    135 - 2X10
    Working Sets:
    225 X8
    225 + 40lbs chains - X8
    205 + 40lbs chains - 2X10

    Leg Extensions
    90lbs - 3X8 to 12
    Super set with Leg Curls
    90lbs - 3X8 to 12

    Stiff Leg Deadlift:
    135 X8
    225 X8
    255 - 4X6

    Reverse Hyper:
    90 X12
    180 X12
    200 - 4X12

    Cable Crunch with Rope:
    4X15

    Woke up to train this morning, sore as Hell from this new program. Really happy about that because itís been awhile since Iíve felt like I was doing something challenging. Still no PIP from Mondayís injection. Injecting a shoulder tonight so Iím hoping that remains consistent.

    5 min bike

    Band pull aparts:
    3X20

    Barbell Bench warm-up:
    135 X12
    225 X8
    255 X6

    Chain Bench w/ 1 sec pause:
    275 + 40lbs chains - 3X2
    255 + 40lbs chains - 5X2

    Cable Rear Delt Flyes:
    20lbs - 3X12
    Super-set with Arnold Press:
    40ís - 3X15

    DB Rows:
    90lb DB - 3X8

    Yesterdayís delt pin went perfect. No discomfort after the injection and donít feel a thing this morning. I am however sore as fuck lol which is a good thing. Ready for a weekend break though.

    Looking great so far V. I knew you'd love the sust. After a while running it I didn't have any PIP at all. There's something to be said about some oldschool GSO for the carrier. Keep it up brother.
