What's for breakfast?

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So this morning while making my breakfast I started wondering what all my Pharmacom fam eats for breakfast. The thing about me is that I am a creature of habit so breakfast is the same thing everyday but none the less here is Pcushion's breakfast.

1.5 cups egg whites
1 cup old fashioned oat meal
1 cup blueberries
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 scoop why protein

I put all of this in a blender until well blended and bottoms up.


*I occasionally add a liquid muti-vitamin.

Ok guys I want to see what you guys eat!

i too eat pretty much the same stuff all the time,, my morning is like this..

1 protein shake (1 scoop)

3 whole eggs
3 egg whites
cook that up than add 4 slices of toasted white bread , sometime whole wheat..
eat that ,,
than eat a banana
than call it a day

Hot sauce
1 s bowl Rice Chex cereal

I feel for you brother! I remember in my competition days no carb pcushion= not nice pcushion.

Lol yeah luckily it's only my morning shake. The rest are cut back about half of what they were though. It's definitely made an impact on recovery lol, but fat loss too
 
5 whole eggs, potato, bell pepper wrapped in a large tortilla with sriracha.
Then I have 100 grams of grape nuts, a banana, and 8 oz fairlife whole milk

Let's see I start with a pound of bacon, 22 eggs, LARGE bowl of oatmeal, 3 chocolate chip cookies, 12 oz milk and diet coke, .....Yeah I am full shit lol...

Really I worry more about protein intake and calories I try to keep my caloric intake under 2000 for now(as losing fat is more important) I was 275 and i am now down 235ish. I figure once i lose another 20 to 40 lbs I will be more about mass muscle building.
