    Tips for PIP?

    Iíve been pinning EOD rotate glues and thighs. Itís only 7 weeks in on Sus 350mg and Iím finding myself having to bounce around a bunch due to PIP from the frequency I pin. Does anyone have any tips and tricks to either avoid PIP or even to treat PIP?
    Does anyone have sweet spots that work really well for them? What gauge do you use? I could use any and all info. Also I got bumps under my skin that have been there from the first few pins. I figured they would have gone away. Anyone else experience that?
    Currently using 23 gauge 1.5inch 3ml.

    Warm up the oil before hand under warm water

    Try to incorporate other spots ventral glutes are Painless and delts with minimal oil are good as well.

    Also just curious what made you pin sust EOD? Hope this info helps

    don't pin Sust dosed at 350mg.

    I would definitely use a 25g. I always slap the area a bunch first.

    But dude, back load a slin pin 29g and do rear delts = BUTTER!

    Warming it up did help a lot. I still get pain from frequency. What gauge/length on the delts?

    I started pinning EOD because it didnít ďfeelĒ stable. Iíve been rockní since.

    The short ester would be in and out so quickly I noticed my training would suffer.

    I use 25g 1 inch or I believe the other
    Might be 7/8

    The short esters and high dosed gear is going to be what causes the PIP. Sust was designed to give the body the normal spikes of Testosterone like how we naturally produce. Pinning it more often kind of defeats the purpose of the different esters.

    Your body will get used to it after awhile (hopefully) and the PIP will be less. I'd stick to shooting glutes with a 1.5 25g needle. Get the oil deep into the muscle as possible, and then when you are done pressing down the plunger, leave the needle and syringe in for like 30 seconds before pulling it out.

    25g 1inch for glutes, quads, shoulders, chest and triceps

    To avoid PIP inject slowly, massage after

    To treat PIP heating pad, icy hot, massage the area, Tylenol, and hot showers

    Slapping never helped post-pinning; however, massaging the area for me did a lot. I used to use an actual electronic massager on the area for about 5 minutes or so post-pinning.

    But I don't really get bad PIP any more with the current gear I am using. I used to a lot when I used Stanoplex.
