Very good video by John. I just like mixing it up personally. A lot it age vs injury related and experience doing them all. Good control is key for avoiding injury. Some explosive movements are great too. Goes to show you just experience and trying all things come into play depending on all factors.

Very good video and most people need to hear this especially beginners. I see way too many kids just slinging weight with zero connection and bad form.
