    Yep in one month. I wanted to wait for the long esters to stabilize a little more.

    So two weekís in and Iím waking up not so achy and my mobility is definitely getting better. No real strength reports as of yet but itís still to early. I could always up the dosage

    Ok so Iím feeling absolutely amazing and actually just ordered some new knee wraps to start squats again finally after 5 yearís. Iíve been avoiding them like the plague ever since my meniscus tear. Iíve been using the hack squat and leg press machine like a crutch and it shows. My legs are a joke of their former yearís. I did 225 for 15 yesterday and was tempted to go up to 250 but donít want to rush. Iím going to focus on high reps and if I can get back to 315 for reps Iíll never go higher again.

    I'm planning on pulling bloods this week or next week hopefully. I really want to see where Iím at with this sust.

    Take your time! Nothing like bone on bone! Ow!
    Glad your able to start squatting again! It is my favorite exercise of all! I use flat and lift shoes ; just depends on type of squat. I always go some slow and watch myself in the mirror!

    Not bad for rookie doses. I still have a lot going on with work/home balance so no need to push the doses. I swear Iím pull bloods soon. Itís like every off day Iím running a million errands.
