    What is funny is she didn't feel like working out so I went to my dive gym. It is supposed to open at 5 and by 5:10 as the line grew I said screw this. My wife got us a membership to a fancy gym, that is more like a day spa, so I called and told her I was going there to workout. Then she decided she wanted to go. Glad she did because we actually killed back and core and then she scored a Benji in the parking lot. I thought someone was fucking with people and left a fake bill on the ground but it was the real deal. Sushi on my wife tonight.

    I've cut down to 196. Can't wait to post my next gym pics. Pullups are starting to get easy. I can't stop looking at my abs in the mirror lol

    Cruising is boring. Added some mast e to my cruise dose for experimental purposes. Did notice when you drop a lot of weight you can definitely tell muscle imbalances. My right is so much bigger than my left itís not even funny.

    A little self evaluation time.
    Need to work on side abs.
    Uppers seem to be coming in, fuck still budgy around the lower half.
    I donít know what I was doing here but the lean back pose doesnít work. Time to YouTube some posing vids.

    Your abs are looking real good. For the side of the abs I just crunch a little bit to the left and a little bit to the right. I do weighted rope crunches while standing on the cable tricep pushdowns machine and crunch straight down for 15, slightly left for 15, then slightly right for 15. Thatís one set. 4 sets are plenty.

    Iíve been slacking on the cardio as well. Time to do do legs and hopefully some cardio on the recombinant bike.
