Hit a full body workout today with emphasis on core. Lots of variation of crunches, dips, Russian twist, back raises, and upper body and leg work. Popped a GC anadrol 50 for pre-workout and had a meal of 2 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, and rice for breakfast. I'm using beans and rice for almost every dinner, sometimes with a meat added. Weight down to 203. At 6'3 im feeling pretty lean but i have loose skin that really takes away from my physique. Wish there was something besides surgery to fix that.

Hey, you are looking lean. @ 6í3Ē, it can be hard with the length of muscles. You look great! Adding rice and some steak to your breakfast is a good idea. I used almost cubed steaks exclusively for a cycle last year; now you can get better cuts for the same price! I about shit when they went from $3.99 to $6.99. Now I just order bulk bison and beef and seafood cut, wrapped and sealed for cheaper per lb than going to Wally or Samís. Highland beef from NZ is a good source of beef too. A bit different taste, all grass fed. With loose skin; you would be surprised at what you can do. It definitely is a bitch but; I wouldnít let that hold you back!
    Keep on, keeping on

Gyms finally opened up in my area. Hit chest and triceps today. Ab wheel for core. Diet has been egg white omelet with locks and avocado for breakfast the past few days (I'm a creature of habit) I also eat a bowl of oatmeal every monring with hemp and chi seeds, a little peanut butter, honey and flax pumpkin seed granola on top. Work schedule is crazy so I pack a turkey sandwich with avocado on Dave's Killer Bread. Dinners have been either chicken or fish and quinoa or salad.

Stats are 5.10 203lbs BF probably around 12%
Sups are provi 50mg split am and pm ED, MK 677 25mg in the pm, test iso 80mg x2 EW.

Plan is a var, test, mast cycle last 30 days of the contest. That will give me 2 months rest from my summer cycle.

Second year of this grad program is kicking my ass more than the gym. Still making my 5am workouts Mon-Fri. Nice to have a real gym, especially when the smoke made working out outside unbearable.

Grad school was a pain in the ass but it kept me perfectly regimented on my diet and gym time because everything was on a schedule. Keep up the good work! 💪

Fasted cardio this morning and I am sore as hell from baseball. My recovery time is a little longer now, weird! I think I have tendinitis on my left elbow. How does that happen when I am right handed?

Great weekend of R&R. Every muscle in my body is sore. Getting my house re-roofed and hauling the shingles up the ladder is a great workout.

I find the same. I'm up like clockwork at 4:30am and at the gym by 5. I usually stay 1.5 hours but sometimes I get done early. My courses this term are writing intensive with a ton of research. Also working on my thesis with the hope of finishing the program in the spring. After spending the better part of two decades on an adult timeout I do well with a structured regimen. One of the few positive things I brought from that experience is discipline and work ethic.
