    Been out a few days with food poisoning. Lost a little weight and feeling flat today but popped out a decent workout. To help make the abs pop, I'm adding in more crunches, pullups, twists, back extensions, oblique crunches, and doubling up on cardio.

    Diet is protein heavy, with lots of fish shrimp chicken eggs etc, and i get complex carbs at least once a day, this is definitely my weakest area.

    Gear protocol is currently 350 mg/wk each of tpp npp and mast from gear church, and have also used tren tbol anadrol and anavar along the way between may and now.

    Usual Monday routine. Flat bench, 135 for 20 reps, 205 for 15, 255 for 10, 8 and 8. Incline was 205 for four sets of 10. 60lbs dumbbell press and flies. 5 sets of 20 ab wheel with side planks and leg lifts.

    Down to 214 lb with a ways to go. Started at 230lb. Still canít see abs, sad face emoji thing!

    Finally got started this week on this challenge. Those first couple days back in the gym were brutal. Definitely not myself and everything was a struggle. Sore af and need an extra day or two to recover. But still great to be back. Still plan on winning this contest

    I just went through some of this thread. I gotta say... you guys have all already showed progress and it hasnít even been a month yet. This is pretty cool. Definitely hold you accountable. Kudos to all participants... if this ended right now, based on progress pics, it would be close but I think GJ503s ab definition changes would net him some serious gear. Iíll throw my hat in the ring on the next one I think. Itís been years since Iíve even had abs haha.

    I've been away from the gym a couple days doing demolition work. Manual labor rounds out the physique nicely in addition to the gym imho. Pullups pushups and crunches a constant thing. I dropped another lb to 205 and i can't wait to see what i look like my next proper workout.

    Body needs an off day just going to stretch and walk today. How do you not feel stupid doing burpies?

    Burpies remind me of being locked up. Few people street side can do 400 double pump burpies in an hour.

    I see CrossFit people doing them all the time but I get my 6í4Ē frame trying to do them I just feel like an idiot. Nothing smooth about them. I am pretty good at embarrassing myself but burpees just take it to a hole new level of embarrassment.
