    Did pull ups and yoga yesterday. My diet went out the window when we took my son out to celebrate starting high school. Made up for it this morning with shoulders and core. 5 sets of 20 with the ab roller. Going to start a circuit with the ab roller, planks, crunches and leg lifts.

    10 weeks old and no shoe in the house is safe. He learned pretty quick that he can't chew on the Olympic iron.

    Workouts are good. Itís eating that sucks, I could eat 5 of these plates easily.

    Oh yeah! The diet is more than half the work. You never get full.

    How are those diets going, yaíll?
    Today is 6 days in a row without a cheat meal for me. Sunday is my cheat day. My typical diet on the 6 strict days is:
    Meal 1: 10-12 egg whites nuked with salsa, and 3 slices of dry toast(sour dough and Daveís 21 grain/seed)
    Meal 2: 2 scoops whey protein and 2/3 cup instant oats
    Meal 3: 1/2Lb 99/1 ground turkey breast, 1 1/2 cups steamed rice, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, salsa
    Meal 4: same as meal 3
    Meal 4: same as meal 2
    Here is my abs at their best a couple years ago. I need more time to get to that level.

    Did a 30 minute max effort bike yesterday for a little conditioning test. Sweet Jesus, I thought I was going to die for last 4-5 minutes.

    Diet has been okay. Been working 12-14 hours most days so diet has been tough and Iíve been putting my mental bandwidth towards my fitness.

    Planning on an update pic in the next day or two.

    So hungry so I am trying out the sugar free jello trick from MPMD. Kinda works to fill the stomach. Going to try burpees out when I get done with work.
