    thx,
i used to be 5í9Ē at 283 lbs. was my biggest but now Iím 5í8 205lbs.

iíve had a lot of physical issues with my spine, hip and shoulders which limits my ability to work out properly. iíve had a total of five surgeries on my back and six on my hip. I also have a bunch of nerve damage from my back issues going all the way up to my neck which affects my shoulders. the nerves are being pinched and doesnít allow the muscle to operate properly. thatís why I have no delts. And my right shoulder is bone on bone so I am very limited in motion.

I have a degenerative disc and spine and The canal in my spine that holds the nerves is compressing on the nerves.

my back and hip is kind of like the Terminator. I got a lot of metal in there lol

never competed just had no interest in that part of the bodybuilding lifestyle.

but Iím actually doing pretty good and pain-free except for my right shoulder I just canít move it in certain positions. i do have some tingling and burning sensation from my neck nerves but no real pain, so life is good. having nerve pain and being in chronic pain is horrible I was living with that for many years and Iím finally now pain-free itís like a whole new life

Upper body and core workout today. Core work included hanging crunches, bench crunches, planks, and back raises. Kudos swiper for maintaining such a rock solid physique through so much and glad ur pain levels are down now.

Leg muscle rounds yesterday. Then and ungodly amout of running at baseball. My legs are toast, just stretching and foam rolling today. Cal intake still good.
