    I took a thigh to my temple in my last fight. Couldnít remember my address for two years and took 3 to recover so Iíve only been cleared to train for 4 months I think. Just started a Sust, Tren, D-bol cycle 4 days ago but right now my diet is the tightest itís been in years. I gotta get back in the groove cause I was use to having my meals planned for me but Iím guessing my calorie intake is around 5k and my protein is around 300gram a day. I actually trained heavy the past two days and I gotta admit all my weights are down by at least 50% from 3 years ago but Iím not trying to push anything too fast and tear something. It is embarrassing but at least Iím alive and can remember my way back home now a days. No complaints just really driven to get back at it.

    Training Push today.. hereís what Iíve got planned.

    Foam roller flys 2x12-15
    Incline barbell 2x5-8, 1x10-12
    Nautilus flat press 2x12-15

    Plate loaded shoulder press 2x5-8, 1x10-12
    Cable lateral raise 3x10-15
    Reverse pec dec 3x10-15

    Straight bar tricep press down 3x10-15
    Superset
    Dips 3x failure

    Single overhead DB Tricep ext focusing on the stretch 2x10

    Doing some filming today so Iíll post some shots with the titties all pumped and stuff

    Yesterday for me was heavy back day. Today is rest day

    Diet is same. Since im bulking for 6 more weeks i can have some flexability specially after heavy workouts.
    tomorrow is hammies and glutes. Weight is climbing nicely. This morning i was at 206 fasted for 14 hours.

    Yesterday was chest and core with 5 sets of 20 with the ab roller.

    Today was pullups and 30 minutes of yoga.
    (my gym is closed so I use my home gym)

    Diet is going to be clean the next 3 months, and I'm going to try and run at least 10 miles a week.
