    New guy

    New here and look for some advice on some shoulder workouts? Any takers?

    Obviously the king of shoulder workouts is the overhead press or push press for overall strength. Then all the variables to that...seated military press (BB or Dumbell). We all know upright rows, lateral raises (rotate wrists to hit them slightly different), front raises, rear flys, and reverse cable crossovers or face pulls are another good rear delt excercise....

    That's about all I have off the top of my head.

    dumbell press
    dumbell laterals
