I use the depot...at the lowest effective dose for me, which is 400 mg/week.

IMO using the least effective dose is the smartest thing you can do to preserve you health and stay in this game the longest.

Most times, no matter the compound, you increase dosages and you get diminishing returns. With more negative side effects.

Highest I would run it is 600 mg a week.
