Another day off.
Between work being brutally hot and, being quite a bit more work then usual, doing some minor repairs to the homestead, kids going back to school, having some car issues I needed to get checked out and, adding a couple new clients to the roster, I've been running on almost no sleep.
I got out of work at 530 today, started at 5am, but I was nodding off on my drive home. Decided I would take an extra rest day and maximize my time in the gym in the morning hopefully.
There is a difference between skipping the gym because you're lazy or just don't wanna go and, skipping the gym because it would REALLY be a waste. I know how I train and how I need to feel to be able to train that way and today, although it would have gotten done, it would have been a wasted day.
Hopefully I get some extra sleep and get to train in the morning but, if not, I'll train when I'm off work regardless of how I feel.
Weight shot up like 7lbs after the food increase but, it's went back down to being up 2lbs. Good adjustments so far.

Clinging on! Lol. Five weeks or so at trt doses but staying in relatively good shape. Just soft. Food going up will help but, we're in the shittiest part of growing season.
This past off season I got up to 266 on trt doses. It was a bit fatter then I typically get but, we added a lot of tissue so it was worth it. When we started AAS back up and pulled weight down a bit to start prep, 255ish.Sorry if you said it already but how much do you weigh off season (on TRT only) and on full blast before cutting and on stage? It looks like you’re fairly tall, how tall?

Morning of show after pulling water 220ish.
I won't get as heavy this off season since it took quite a bit longer then expected to pull down and, my skin is always an issue so, we stay tighter. I'm around 235 in the mornings right now five weeks post show with trt doses.
We're just letting the body clean out and will blast again in a few weeks when weight will start climbing more.
