Pulled from a step on my dead stop rdl today. I usually just pull from the bottom pin in the safety rack but, I wanted to add a little torture today since strength was really really good. My knees and quads are chewed up from the bar but, hey, it's part of the fun.
Hacks felt great. I'll increase load on my top set when I hit 15 and so on.
Added in a straight set on the Seated leg curls. Still hit my numbers on the following rest pause so that's a win.
Little improvement here and there every week means big changes over time.
Take the small victories when they're there and leave nothing on the table.

Man that looks good. I have been using Frank’s Redhot wings sauce Buffalo flavor and it’s zero Calories and 280mg of sodium. Freaking love it on my chicken and rice.
Ever try this stuff? Much hotter than Frank’s tastes way better imo less sodium as well. Go through a couple every week.

Gotta buy good steaks man. I only get filet and ribeyes so they pretty much melt. Expensive habit but, I'm hooked atm.I'll get burnt out on steak pretty quickly. Too much chewing!
