Crushed my fucking back. Didn't even have enough energy to train biceps after deads.

I laid on the floor for five minutes. After I got up I did go do some Glute and ab work though.

Bet you had to literally crawl out on all fours after all that, haha.
 
I did an arm day today..... Talk about a waste of a good day. If I hadn't missed biceps yday I would have rested but, I did, so I trained arms.

Bunch of pumpy pumpy squeezy squeezy stuff with short rest periods and super sets. Arms were blown up but still, rest is better.

Did some hanging knee raises to finish out. 6 sets to failure but my forearms were giving out before my abs.

I haven’t ever eaten Chik-Fil-A beside a tray of nuggets /platter with a great yellowish sauce. (a Pa brought it for snacks). They make the most money per store vs all the other Fast Food Joints.

Legs today.

Strong.

Pulled from a step on my dead stop rdl today. I usually just pull from the bottom pin in the safety rack but, I wanted to add a little torture today since strength was really really good. My knees and quads are chewed up from the bar but, hey, it's part of the fun.

Hacks felt great. I'll increase load on my top set when I hit 15 and so on.

Added in a straight set on the Seated leg curls. Still hit my numbers on the following rest pause so that's a win.

Little improvement here and there every week means big changes over time.

Take the small victories when they're there and leave nothing on the table.

Complete rest day. Even got to take a little nap earlier.

Weight is back up to holding around 247-249.

This is the first time I've really tried a low fat higher carb approach for myself any length of time and, so far, knock on wood, it's going pretty well.

I can really see the difference after a low day when a little water drops off and I train. Gonna ride it out a bit.
 
Push.

Not sure what happened today. Heavy top sets were almost all down..... Everything has been very good diet, sleep and recovery wise. No nagging injuries. Just a blip probably but, I'll be interested to see how pull goes.

Man that looks good. I have been using Frank’s Redhot wings sauce Buffalo flavor and it’s zero Calories and 280mg of sodium. Freaking love it on my chicken and rice.

Ever try this stuff? Much hotter than Frank’s tastes way better imo less sodium as well. Go through a couple every week.

Oh yes. I have that stuff as well. A little too hot for me unless I have some avocado mixed in to cool it down.

Back to normal today. Strength was good and went up on most everything. Pounded out two extra reps on deads which puts me at the top of my rep range. Did some pause deads after to get the back good and trashed.

Off today.

I was a bit lower on carbs yesterday, for a training day, at 320g, but, fats were higher at 122g.

Weight dropped 4 lbs..... Pumping up the food today on this off day to mirror a training day.
 
Trained the twigs today. Pump was dumb. When all of your separation dissappears its a good thing. My left leg looks like it's coming back to life a bit.

Between the knee sleeves, the heel wedges and being more conscious about feet placement, my knee has improved greatly. Very happy with it so far since that's what has held me back the past few months but, I'm not getting over confident in it.

Push.

One Smith was broke, the other had some girl doing some kind off ass push elevated hip bullshit on it so, I had to go back to ole faithful hammer Incline press. I really don't feel this movement like I used to since I've gotten away from it.

Strength was up across everything. I'm blasting full right now and my midsection hasn't gotten any worse really so I'm right on the edge where I want to stay. Weight back around 248-250 and holding better.

Pulled a random back day from one of John's programs. I think it was from omega beam. I can't remember, I've got about fifteen of his programs.

Felt like a good mix of what I need.

Everything was working up to a very hard set of 8-10 (1 rep short of failure on the first set, failure on the following) and sticking with that weight for 3 total work sets.

I will do an arm day tomorrow and then legs after a long as work lines up. Meadows arm days always seemed like the day I got the most out of in his training besides legs so, I'm excited to pound one out.

Couple more meals to come. No steak at home so i have to slum it with ground beef
 
Mountain dog arm day.

First super set was 4 rounds of rope extensions aiming for twelve reps followed by Ez bar Curls for 8 full reps then 6 partials from the bottom.

Second super set 4 rounds dips 12-15 reps followed by hammer curls 6 full reps 6 partials in the bottom.

Third super set 4 rounds French press aiming for 12 reps followed by cable curls 15 full reps.

These days are also weak body part and ab days so, I threw in rear delts and abs.

4 rounds of reverse Pec deck aiming at 15 full repd and partials to failure followed by weighted ab machine 20 reps

4 sets of preacher curl shrugs 15 full reps, 2 second hold.

Arms were blown out.
