Yesterday I trained push, went good. Stronger. Nothing crazy.

Today was pull. Stronger, some pretty good increases on most everything. Deads went from 455*8 to 455*9. Partials afterwards went from 315*12 to 315*13.

Plugging along. Weight around 254. Holding about the same condition as weeks before. Good trajectory.

Dragging ass today.

LONG long shift at work yesterday. Didn't get much sleep, maybe three hours, got up and trained push which went pretty good, couple progressions, trip to the store, doing a bunch of client work and sorting new plans and training, took the dogs for a walk.

Just getting it done.

Gonna try to get some naps in between check ins with Killonb12 before I have to possibly get back to work.
 
Legs.

Switched up the exercises today. Pulled out hatfield Squats and low close seated leg press for wide stance sumo machine Squats and sumo landmine Squats. Not happy with how my glutes don't seem to be growing and, they're weak af so, I'll force them to get stimulus somehow.

Leg press to start the session, 8 1/2 plates per side for twenty, this was a grinder. After that set, and laying in the leg press for a minute or two in agony, a lady who does figure came up and said "that was fucking brutal just to watch". Yes, yes it was lol.

Keep forgetting to post my sessions so I'll try to get them back up regular next training day.

Going to go ice myself and do client work now.

Probably going to take today off.

Very sore from yesterday and my whole body just feels a bit run down.

Also, I had the absolute worst night sweats I can ever remember last night for some reason. I'm only using around 150/180mg tren hex atm and it normally doesn't give me any sides whatsoever. Might just be stress on the body causing the issue.

Will see how I feel after I get moving around more but, I'm on rotation 12 of training I think, so it's probably time for an extra day off anyways.

Taking anther rest day.

Worked this morning and it was brutally fucking hot today. Heat index of 106°. I was soaked with sweat all the way into my socks in an hour, then continued on for another 8 hours so, I'll rest for the remainder of today. I drank at least two gallons of water in that time frame along with four zero sugar power ades and ate half a big bag of sunflower seeds to keep away dehydration. Pretty run down now though.

I also pinned from a new bottle of tren two days ago (ran out of hex so I started a low dose of enanthate) and I've got some big time pip in my left glute. I was wondering why I had this sitting around and now I remember why. Haven't had a lump like this in ages.

Got called in last night.... So much for labor day being a holiday lol.

Think I tracked 15k steps during my shift, a lot of steps for bad walking conditions and climbing up and down stuff here and there.

Legs feel like they have been through a Meat grinder after the last two days plus this grapefruit lump on my left glute. Not as swollen today but damn it hurts.

On my drive home my mom called and asked if I could help her load some steps so she could take them to her house so, I went straight to where she was to find there were 2 fully concrete set of two steps........ These fucks were at least 300# per set. Dunno how I got them in the truck but, I got them loaded and dropped off at her house. I was annoyed but, mom telling you thank you with tears in her eyes always washes away the frustration.

I'll try ty catch a quick nap then drive a couple hours to pick up my daughter from her mom then back home to hopefully a good night's sleep and no work in it morning.

Sounds like some tough days bro, good that you took some rest because this would only further ruin your recovery.

as for the pip, it always comes at the least convenient moments... a pain on the ass (literally and figuratively)

I have a really physical job too. Soaked in sweat all day every day pretty much. This drink made a night and day difference in my hydration.

Days off seem to have been a good thing. Nice increases in strength during push today. Woke up at 255 which is the heaviest I've been during this growing phase and still holding decent condition.

Switched out a couple exercises today. DB side laterals for a seated side lateral and a machine selector decline press for the plate loaded hammer strength neutral grip decline.

I was starting to get too heavy with the db's and couldn't hold them the entire set without my forearms giving in and the decline machine was going to be maxed out in another session or two. I have to use a pad behind my back, down my spine, on the hammer machine or I don't get a full stretch in the hole but they felt really good today.

Another day, another little step forward.

Front double looks juicy....... I think my arms are growing since I've actually focused on training them again.

Arms definitely look bigger. Not sure if the up angle is adding to it or not, but I'm assuming you're using the same bench each time and distance.
