Literally got one hour of sleep last night.

Worked thirteen hours, drove home, picked up daughter at 430am, drove 3 hours, dropped her off with her mom, drove 3 hours home,shower, sleep an hour, wake up, cardio, eat, shower, gym, grocery shop, meal prep and here we are.... About to die

Training was very good though. Upper loading

Db rows - 130*14(+10+2), 130*11(+10+1)

Low cable row - 220*12(+20)

Incline Smith - 315*12(+1), 315*8(+2)

Cable fly - 140*15/90*12

Star shoulder press - 410*10 (same )

Db lateral ss Partial - 50*15(+5)/60*15(+5), 50*12(+5)/60*12(+5)

Some db curl DC sets. Going to add some arm volume and see if they like it.

40's*15-6-4

40*12-5-2

No lower pump today. Regulating recovery still

Lower loading. Killed it. Pulled out back off sets on the squat this week to regulate volume a bit more. Also pulled the partial deads out. Low back isn't happy after the squats and leg press so I wasn't getting everything out of them anyways.

Safety bar squat - 425*14(+20), 425*10(+20+2)
Low close leg press - 12.5*15(+4),12.5*12(+2) BO 10*15
Lying Leg Curl - 65kg*12, BO 45*11
Adductor/Abductor - 170*14/6/4 - 170*15/7/4
Calf Raise - 80kg*18, 15, 15, 12
Upper pump

The Cod and potatoes aren't typically in my preps. They were left over from contest prep (never ate the first bite of fish though) so I needed to clean out some freezer space.

One bag of these potatoes is only 68g carbs so I'll have the whole bag in one meal on training days.

I didn't need beef yet.

The infamous rice bouillon. Beef flavor for a while.

Trained after work Yday. I hate training in the afternoon with the crowd but, I guess more food in me really cranked the strength up.

Crushed the log book. Don't have it in front of me but, weight and reps increased in every set. Pretty fun.

Today was lower muscle rounds. Smoked

Leg press - 14.5*23(+50), 14*23(+2)
Split squat - 80*26(+3)
Lying hamstring curl - 70kg*26(+5kg+3)
Calf Raise - 70*25/22/21 (+20)
Ez curl - 80*26(+3) 80*23(+1)

Form fix today making sure I'm not getting sloppy for log book sake. Not much different besides rows went down from last week's numbers but, felt them so much more.

I was a bit upright and fixed spine position.

Bb Row - 365*11(-1), 365*9(+2)
Rack Pull - 475*12(+20lb)
Db incline - 120*12(+1) 120*9(+2)
Cable fly DC - 100*15/7/4
Db shoulder press - 80*13(+5lb)
Bent over lateral - 40*20(+5lb)

Lower pump after.

21's on seated curl, seated leg press and extension all past failure

Last session before I deload this week. Will take the entire week off and start back Saturday. This is 7 weeks into this training blast and I'm starting to get the little nagging pains like left knee and right shoulder which tell me take a break.

When I start back, we will probably add in a little aas. Not sure what yet though, probably test and deca at low or moderate doses. Food will ramp up once the drugs are in place a bit so we get full use of them.

Hack - 10.5*8(+50lb,-4), 10*10(+1)
Partial Deads - 365*9(+50+1)
Close stance squat machine - 300*12(+20-2)
Adductor - 190*11
Abductor - 190*16/8/6
Calf Raise - 90*12,11,11,10

Deload going well.

Having issues eating all my meals since I'm just sitting around not doing shit.

And I'm bored.

I'll have the cleanest house in the county pretty soon.

Added a couple new clients to the list. One is a local guy who is a national level competitor coming back from a quad tear a couple years back. He's been out of the gym for two years or so and still looks better then me after only a couple months back lol. Genetics boys and girls.

Only around 235 here.

Holding steady for a few days then the plan is to push the food when we add some goodies back in.

Will be about 8 weeks off everything, including gh, besides a trt dose of test. Should see a pretty big jump in weight initially when I'm full again and not as soft as a pillow.
