Worked thirteen hours, drove home, picked up daughter at 430am, drove 3 hours, dropped her off with her mom, drove 3 hours home,shower, sleep an hour, wake up, cardio, eat, shower, gym, grocery shop, meal prep and here we are.... About to die

Db rows - 130*14(+10+2), 130*11(+10+1)
Low cable row - 220*12(+20)
Incline Smith - 315*12(+1), 315*8(+2)
Cable fly - 140*15/90*12
Star shoulder press - 410*10 (same )
Db lateral ss Partial - 50*15(+5)/60*15(+5), 50*12(+5)/60*12(+5)
Some db curl DC sets. Going to add some arm volume and see if they like it.
