    Damn thatís crazy. Itís pretty noticeable as well. I donít think I had that level of feathering stage ready. LOL

    Iím having the some problem bro, teardrop is coming in nicely but those sweeps are a pain in the ass. Guess we have to work harder and smarter

    Yeah. Not being able to really load the quad with my feet close together is what's holding me back atm.

    I can feel the load on the sweep with a mid stance and toes straight but, it's not nearly the stimulus as feet close. Just gotta keep a conscious effort.

    Off training today.

    Got a bunch of stuff to do around the house and get some mid week client work done.

    I trained pull yesterday and it was a good session.

    I substituted Bb rows for the hammer row yesterday since it's been a couple months since I've done regular barbell.

    Didn't lose much if any strength there with the top set at 365*10 and my backoff at 315*11. The stretch at the bottom was crazy.

    Also did a set of viz deads instead of regular deads since the area was taken. 5pps*12 on those and they felt fantastic.

    Cybex rows increased in weight. Seated cable with the long dual handles increased as well.

    Was a good session. Tomorrow is leg day
