Split squat - 90*25(+2)
Lying leg curl - 90kg(+5)*23
Adductor DC - 130*18/13/8
Abductor DC - 130*17/12/7
Jm press - 90*26(+2)
Almost started adding volume this week..... Then I remembered "doing more isn't the answer usually, do what you're doing better". Truth

With my weight climbing in starting to get back pumps on leg day regularly. Still able to train fully but, my rest is painful between sets. No orals, just fat.
