    Possible Additions

    Whats up everyone, so as of 06/23/2020 ive stepped up not only my training but my diet and overall lifestyle in general.
    I am strength training 6x a week right now, with fasted cardio 4/5 days a week.
    Im currently 5'11'' 185 lbs 12%bf.
    Im looking to add on quality lean muscle with that being said my cycle I started along with this is as follows:

    tpp 300mg eod wk 1-12
    npp 300mg eod wk 1-12
    mast p 300mg eod wk 1-12
    tren a 30mg ed wk 8-12

    test base/Tren base pre w/o 100mg/50mg heavy days (3x week)
    cialis 20mg prew/o e3d

    Ive also got on hand caber, adex, and nolv in case I come across any issues with estro or prolactin

    My question is should I add in possibly some test e roughly around 200mg 2x a week on top of what Ive got going on. See what im taking is a blend and usually im not into blends cause i find it hard to believe youre getting the proper mg every shot. Ive only got about a bottle n a half of the blend left then was wanting to switch things up a little bit. I had just received these for free and figured id give them a shot. I do currently have a full gym available so I can train all out and thats actually part of what ive got going on. I want to get in the best shape Ive ever been in, in my life. It currently feels like im working towards that on account of my strength is really improving and i can notice physical changes already as well and its only been going on for about a month so far.

    I wouldn't change a thing. That's a solid ass cycle there and if it aint broke, dont fix it ya dig? Well, thats a bit much cialis for me. 5 eod causes problems for me after few days and by problems i mean i can't beat my dick down with a stick lol.

    Thanks for the feedback my brothers, im actually waiting for my log to come in from amazon and im gonna get everything logged in daily, I wanna see how this cycle not only preforms but also what I can do when I follow a strict diet, I'm working with Ifbb pro Marius Donhe when it comes to my diet and training regiment, I did a lot of research when it came to choosing a coach and I think Marius has been a solid choice so far, we started working together 06/23/20 so its only been about a month, but the increase in weights ive seen already has been great. Im due to get some bloods in about a week or two and I will probably post those. Im using Gear Church's blend of tpp, npp, mast p, Ive also got his tren a for when that comes into play, then my test base and tren base are from dutch and have been working wonders. Caber, adex, and nolv are all prescribed from my endo so they are pharm grade, same with my cialis.

    You're planning to run a gram of test, a gram of npp, a gram of masteron, with tren for good measure and some test base/tren base sprinkled on top. That's not enough to get the job done?

    Brother at 185 you could grow and tighten up on less than half that and without the tren.

    I don't think you're taking enough.

    Might consider dosing this every day.

    That's ab obscene amount of gear especially for someone as small as yourself.

    If your coach laid this out, you've got a shit coach. If you laid this out, you need to stop doing AAS.

    That was a huge typo im not that big of an idiot i swear!! when you mention test being over a gram and what not I was thinking what the hell are they talking about then I went back and read what I wrote, i need to be more careful next time.

    As far as only being 185, im usually more towards 220, but i am recently getting over quite a flu bug, im talking no eating vomiting the whole 9 yards so I did lose quite a bit of weight, I just believe in being totally upfront with whats going on, so I posted my current morning fasted weight. And the coach is merely helping me with diet and training, I had a member of another board kind of help walk me through cycle help. Im usually just a test/deca/dbol guy but wanted to give some different compounds a run.

    I can buy that. I had flu b back in Feb and I went from 205 to 187 and that was just 4-5 days in and was sick 2 weeks so I know got even lower. If u was puking bet ya had the covid

    Flu is a great way to get shredded. I am completely kidding, I donít wish it on anyone. I rarely get ill but, OMG, when I do catch a bad one after it is over, it is amazing how quickly you drop lbs. Luckily you rebound right back. This new flu virus freaks me out though. I definitely have been taking it seriously. Hope all goes well dungan. I am sure you will do good if you are consistent. Even taking a few weeks off can lead to poor results. A lot of people need to just make it a 6 day a week habit; even if you only do weights 3 or 4 days, I recommend people to {at home or gym} train 6x weekly. I see a major lack of cardio with almost 2/3 of my clientele. After they get started, I definitely am not sitting there watching them or training them to do cardio and strictly spend the short time they have getting down the weight training part. When I ask about cardio, they rarely have done the proper amount I set for them. I found that, even while bulking; my BP/HR and ldl/hdl
    ratios have improved the past two years. A lot is diet and supplements but, I have been using the same supplements and foods. So the additional cardio has definitely been the one factor that I can track it back to. It only makes a person look better. Of course there is the extreme ectomorph that cannot put on weight and I definitely dial it down for them but; they are rare and sometimes still have bad cardiovascular endurance.

    You got a Test base, your anabolic-muscle building compound in NPP, and your DHT hardener with Mast.. and on top of that, Tren added at the end.. Not much more you can really add.. perfectly set up stack imo.

    I had stated that what i originally posted was a typo of monumental proportions, im taking 1 cc every other day and that 1 cc contains:
    100 mg tpp
    100mg npp
    100 mg mast p
    I will then towards the end of the cycle be adding .3 of tren a eod, Ive seen people run waayy more than this..If you were referring to the original post of cialis i meant 10 mg i take half a tab every 3rd day, now if you think thats too much im willing to listen to your case no problem. Im a very open minded person
