Just like having normal blood pressure. At some time it will be high blood pressure but not all the time.

I wish I would have bookmarked the thread but there was a guy that had AST or ALT that was over 2,000 from years of oral AAS use. He went to a hepotoligist and do you know what he was prescribed? Time off. That was it, no drugs no prescription of any kind and he was in normal range within 4 months.

I think seeing a specialist is great, but I would not be that worried.

BTW, I have had worse numbers than yours.
Thatís a relief. Thx man. I did just start BJJ 2 weeks ago and itís a crazy workout. Maybe that is part of it? I have been on the same TRT dose now for quite a while. Still Iíll be picking up the liver support and see what effects it has on my labs.

Could be. We do not go through life doing this without going out of range on some test, it happens. If you did a lot of muscle damage then heck ya your numbers would go up.

Go buy a fifth of Jack Daniel's and guzzle that, see what your values are, but you would recover. Your liver is very resilient.

NOW is a good brand, it keeps my markers in range, I take 600mg am and 600mg in the evening. If you can find it LIV52 DS is a good liver detox, its cheap too.
