. The “high” numbers were barely elevated. Definitely working. Does your AST raise usually on test? Just curious. I have seen guys have elevated AST just from gobbling too many vitamins or they take a medicine that affects it. I am a big mixed test fan. 1/2 ml mixes with whatever I am stacking at the time.
