It has been so long since i have been away from the gym. I have only been back a few days. Just getting my body lose and hopefully within 3 months i can start powerlifting again. Will start posting what I do tmw.
 
I think alot of of can relate on here. Been down and up a few times in life. Good to hear your on the rebound.

Todays workout was nothing special. Did some pushups ab work and a few sets of tris and bi's. I am gonna give myself a few more weeks before separating the body parts and getting into a more set schedule.
 
Some ab work, a little chest then hit the cardio for 15 minutes. I say 1 more week and the workouts will get longer. and my posts will be more in depth.
 
Keep pushing I am going to sub and watch the progress.

Seems 3 months is an eternity and getting back to the gym is a grind. Hope muscle memory is good :)
 
yes muscle memory is good @MindlessWork. Getting over the initial soreness. Will be posting my workouts starting on Monday. Look forward to hearing form everyone. And as always feel the PUMP YA

pretty good workout today nothing fancy but it did me well.

leg extensions 4 sets
hack squats 5 sets (love these)
walking lunges 4x50 yds
sitting hamstring curls 4 sets
db stiff legs 3 sets
standing calf raises 2 burn out sets

DONE :)

Life is getting better each and everytime i go back to the gym. Today was short and sweet.

Lat Pulldowns to front 5 sets
seated row machine 3 sets
db rows 3 sets
weight assisted pull ups 3 sets

Hope everyone elses workout is going well.
 
today was easy.

leg press 6 sets

ab work
2 exercises 2 sets each to failure

i am figuring i need another week before i start writing down the weights i used for posting purposes
 
End of the week finally for lifting that is. Did some speed bench 135 with mini bands 5 sets 10 30 rest period between sets
 
Good going Beast!! The first sessions back are always the hardest sessions mentally I find!
 
Sorry everyone for the delay in posting. I had to deal with a friend passing and then someone in the family has passed. Will be posting regularly on monday. Im ready to start again and get big. One of the best things i did while i was gone was the following.

Havent tried 3 plates on the bench and wanted to give it a go.

315x6 felt so good.

Cant wait to get things going again.
