Brother I'm right there with you. I've been out of the gym and only minimal lightweight on and off training for over 3 months now. I've lost about 9lbs and gained some more flab. I've never had this long of a layoff and am very curious how long it's going to take to get back to where I was. What are your thoughts on (muscle memory)? My gym supposedly opens on the 29th fingers crossed.

Good ole Trestolone will pack on the lbs quick. I think I gained nearly 20lbs on my run with it. Of course I didn't keep it all, losing water, ect..but it packs a punch for sure. Love the stuff.Update Saturday 6/27
Got to sleep in a tiny bit today (8am) which is super rare with the baby who is usually bouncing around early.
Took my pills, pwo and electrolytes, did some quick work and hit the gym for 9am.
Warmed up with some Leg Extensions, Squats, Leg Press and Calf Raises. Was only there about 40 mins but overall it felt good. Didn't go super heavy and intensity was only about 75%. Still waiting to push the intensity until maybe next week as I don't want to rush back into full blown workouts and get injured or be overly sore.
The biggest update was that I am now up already 11+ pounds. So I am only down 1 lb from pre-quarantine days. Which is an insane gain and I can't even say its bodyfat at all, def a little water, but I def blew back up quick. Def not 100% back to pre quarantine, but man this makes me happy.
And the most impressive thing is that I haven't even started any of the suppz I have planned, except the AA TR and SR. The TR is def aromatizing big time, as expected. I may switch from Arim To Exem.
Oh yeah and I bought a new MRE to try out. Figured I'd give my buddies brand a try. I never used Redcon1 before even though of course Aaron and Admin were old business partners. So I found out that they have Blueberry flavor, which is my favorite protein flavor of all time.
So this should be on the way any day now.
Also I have been eating alot more whole foods daily. I'd love to hit 225+lbs by the end of this run and be leaner (if that is even possible)
The food bill is getting pricy I will say that. I don't miss that part.

Update 6/30 Tuesday
Woke up early intending to go to the gym and am literally sore head to toe LMAO. Badly. Tired too. I certainly have been hitting it hard. So today is def an off day unless magically tonight I feel ok and then I will deadlift.
I really hope I can get an HGH script bc at my age and getting back into this heavy lifting, my body is not going to recover fast. Worst case Ill grab some nice low dose Somatozine and mix it before bed with Benadryl
Also for recovery, instead of sprints and running/walking at the track like I had all quarantine. I may even do some swimming with my kids. WE have a beach pass on the lake we live on.
Wanna see something cool? This guy showed up swimming in the middle of our lake yesterday LOL. I had no clues bears swam or can go that far out?
So even though today is off day, been eating non stop, which is a good thing.

So anyways I threw a scoop in the Ninja , with some ice and a little milk unsure what to expect.
Smell is very much like a cinamon flavor to it.
So honestly I was very pleasantly surprised by how well and smooth it blends and the flavor is1000% amazing.
Besides Raw Dynamix Blueberry Muffin (which nothing on Earth can touch), this has to be my next favorite flavor. Wow just awesome taste and texture. Has a very mild blueberry flavor and the cinnamon does stand out, just like a cobbler would.

Update 6/29
I ended up hitting the gym tonight at 6pm even though I was pretty sore. Hit my 50mgs TRA fro AA and then had some PWO in me and hit the gym for shoulders.
Ended up doing seated military and delt raises, etc.
Worked up to 105lb dumbells per hand on seated military for reps of 10. Def felt heavy today.
At my peak I was hitting 200lbs per hand. Today 105 felt pretty heavy LOL.
Anyways great workout and I have been eating everything in sight.
Still have not started my true "transformation" as I am waiting for my other suppz. Expecting big things.
I did end up cooking some food on the grill. I did hibachi chicken, zuccini and fried rice. All homeade. Took about 2 hours to make this from top to bottom but I wanna say I ate about 2,000 cals in one sitting. I also cooked some turkey burgers on the grill and ate one. Have some food saved for tommorrow.
Feeling super sore, strong and motivated overall.
I see this 90 days going insane.. Truly do.

100% legal of course. I'd like to see if she will prescribed me 2iu+ for a few months (since I am deficient of course) at no fault of my own...*Smirking*
