Hey man I have never seen it. You can make your own though. Just buy some Iron Legion Salvo and mix in some raws.

I think it might be dangerous though tbh, you would need to know very precise numbers on how many mcgs each pump is equal to.

I have directions that I wrote up, how to create transdermals a few years back if you need that, I can link it later on.

I wouldn't play around with making my own topical clen. Too much room for error. Just my two cents.

Started my am, a bunch of work to do today but I always start my day with Electrolytes.

In my experience 99% of any clients and labs, including my own, a bodybuilder is constantly cellularly dehydrated. And most think that water alone will do the trick and that is not true. Actually skim milk is way more effective then Water for this reason, but thats not the most refreshing drink by any means.

Anyways we see in labs, that Creatinine levels are elevated. Most men and doctors mis interpret this. Doctors think you have something wrong with you. And bodybuilders only think that it is showing muscle breakdown and protein broken down. And while this is very much partially true, bc you are going to see elevated creatinine in any weightlifter (which is a good reason to take a few days off before you give blood to get a more accurate reading)

But nevertheless DEHYDRATION is a major indicator in an elevated creatinine level.

So I buy these rehydrate effervescent tabs. You get 20 for $7 bucks shipped on Amazon. I do in the am and 2 before bed. Also these have magnesium which is a huge factor in mood. In the majority of patients with depression and anxiety they have declining and low levels of magnesium. So it is very important to supplement with these on top of what you are getting from your food and veggies.

I am taking a few days off though tbh bc from the 2-3x a day subq, my belly has a few small welts and its painful to touch. Thats the prob w subq INJ with oil, it doesn't dissapate as fast as I would like it to.

Yes sir man that is me. Thing is I used to have an anon account for years, I've been on forums since 2000? After I was arrested for AAS in 2009, I said screw it. Changed my user names to my real self, since I was competing at the time, and I have been very open about use since day 1. Even in the late 90's guys I knew on a ton of gear denied it. No not at all and glad I moved out of CT last year. Haven't been in Waterbury since 2007.

BTW you seem familiar in that pic. Have you worked out at the Powerhouse (which became The Dolphin) in Waterbury around 2004? I may have seen you there and I didn't really know you then. Also met Derek Poundstone there as well.

Saturdays were cool as hell. The girls from the GOLD CLUB (hartford) would come in and train in the gym. And that benefited several of us. For those of you who don't know, the Gold Club is a popular Strip Club in CT.

Update 6/22

So I hit the gym. Every single Deadlift platform was taken, and the squat racks. So I said screw it. Not waiting.

I ended up doing bench press. Started on a wide bench (PL competition bench press) and warmed up. This poor kid came over during my warmups, terrified and asking me if I was almost done. So I said, no. I just started. He literally ran away, but I said, hey come back here. Work in with me. Kid was glowing. So we talked and trained together. Turns out he was 15. Weighed 140. I pushed him on his third set and he hit a PR for 185lbs x 8 reps.

Then I made him do 205. He got one and 4 with my assistance. Kid was glowing ear to ear and it made me feel good to help. I started lifting at 8 years old and I had zero clue what I was doing. I had that shitty kmart set with Sand in the Weights, and if you bench pressed, sometimes the sand would leak out and go in your eyes. But that was my start.

Ok let me show you guys some of the items I am currently using

The trest is for a frontload of sorts. 50mgs ED on Workout days only. The SR9009 is the compound I wanted you guys to see. This is an amazing fat burner and endurance agent. This is in an MCT oil base. Only INJ or transdermal is effective. Oral SR is garbage and useless. The issue is you really need to do 10mgs 2-3x per day which makes u a pin cushion. I have been doing subq 20mgs ED for now, but will switch to IM this week bc I have small welts all over LOL. That can happen.

The SR9009 is amazing. I was using it about 4 years ago. MuscleGelz had transdermal SR and Rad140 before anyone else was even in the game and it was magic. I had some of my strongman guys using that with GW and I swear to you it defeats EPO. The drug. This stuff is magic, but yeah the 2-3x a day shots gets old

Ahh that's cool you trained there back then...so most likely I did see you a few times there as I went there after work between 5 and 7pm and on occasional weekends to work out. I so miss that Powerhouse.

As for your log, you are off to a great start and go get it!!!

And yeah I spoke to Derek on Fathers Day but I dont see him much these days. He moved about 1 hour from me and we don't have our training group per say.

And yeah Kearneys a good kid. Derek and I helped him way back when he started and I clearly recall competing against him years back as well as being a Judge for him even prior to him going Pro. He has become very very strong to the insane level and I am sure alot of that is Derek pushing him. I know when I worked with Derek and our crew, was the weakest guy. So like you said like the 15 year old, just put yourself around stronger guys and chase them.

And you cannot help but do well :)


Update 6/23 Tues am

Was up quite a bit last night. Stupid Battery in one of our smoke detectors kept beeping, for hours, even after I changed it. So I woke up cranky at 6am and got an early am deadlift session in. Groggy and not super well rested.

Started out my early am with some Trestolone and SR.

Got to gym and weighed in. 2nd day in a row I am up 5+ lbs already in only a week. Recall I lost 12+ on the lockdown so that should come back and then some. I am looking to gain 20+ lbs total in the 3 months, with a smaller waist and leaner body. I know its gonna take all I have to get to that level these days.

So yeah its 8am, starting my work day and haven't eaten yet. Will post up my am Shake, I always do a shake w whole foods in the am, bc eating breakfast, whole foods makes me feel sick. I hate eating food in the am, always have.

So anyways on to 2 more products I am taking that I take daily.

My liver support is NAC. I like Jarrow labs and NOW brand. I do one in the am and one at lunch time, usually on empty stomach

I also use Nexium daily. 1 in am and 1 before bed, as I have a very acidic blood type and if I don't use it, I get nasty acid reflux. Thats hereditary just like my high BP is.

So I only worked up to 315 on deadlifts like I said I would. Finished off w some hack squats and hack calf raises. Deadlifts in the early am suck. Not gonna lie, not my favorite thing to do, to wake up and deadlift.

Oh well, I am motivated, got that done and over with. Im gonna do 1 day of DL per week and 1 day of squats per week. Calves on both days or even 3-4x per week. My calves respond well to abuse and stretching.

Its funny, when I pin it, I immediately get a bit of a tiny heart race (not a big one) and my veins start to pop (L-Arginine I guess).
Then 1/2 hour goes by and start to feel the chill effect (Melatonin, GABA).

It seems to work for me, I like anything that helps me wind down at night as I have (or had) a hard time getting asleep...

Damn, I saw a guy that happened to way back in the late 90's it happened so fast he ended up on his back, and it damaged some disc is his back due to the "sling shot" effect
He was doing 870ish(been years man sorry can't recall the exact weight" It was at a local gym power lift competition.

Also, what you did for that 15 year old is awesome. I worked out at a Power House Gym in the 90's, and it took a while before the "Big Guys" would help ya out mostly. The best moment i ever had I was 20 and after 5 years in tht Gym the owner(body builder) came up to me and noticed my partner and I were getting "bigger" lol... he said"keep what you are doing boys and you will end just like me".... He knew it was our first cycle!!! I was pumped!!
 
Update WEDS 6/24

Took the day off from the gym this morning, way too sore. Will be back early am 2morrow

I ran out of my usual Protein which is Raw Dynamix brand (fomerly called Prescription Nutrition)

So the back up brand I like to use is MuscleFeast. Theyve always had high quality and I have used for years.

So here is my shake
8 oz whole milk
2 scoops of Whey + Oats (oatmeal mixed in)
1 banana
1 chobani yogurt
2tbs low fat peanut butter

I also spoke to Yale Endocrinology (which is who I got transfered to for TeleHealth) only for these fools to tell me they had to transfer me back to my Primary Doctor because they don't handle "HRT" anymore

LMAO. These doctors, and Hospitals are absolute rubbish. I have had an HRT script for almost 20 years and the incompetence has not changed. Here I am 42 years old bickering with them how to properly dose and prescribe Test + HCG. You can't make this crap up.
 
Update WEDS 6/24

Took the day off from the gym this morning, way too sore. Will be back early am 2morrow

I ran out of my usual Protein which is Raw Dynamix brand (fomerly called Prescription Nutrition)

So the back up brand I like to use is MuscleFeast. Theyve always had high quality and I have used for years.

So here is my shake
8 oz whole milk
2 scoops of Whey + Oats (oatmeal mixed in)
1 banana
1 chobani yogurt
2tbs low fat peanut butter

I also spoke to Yale Endocrinology (which is who I got transfered to for TeleHealth) only for these fools to tell me they had to transfer me back to my Primary Doctor because they don't handle "HRT" anymore

Update 6/25

Woke up at 5:30 am and couldn't fall back asleep. Alarm was set for 6:30 but I always wake early when I am anticipating something I have to do early.

So got to the gym early and it was pretty packed surprisingly. Grabbed my PWO and other goodies (ALpha Mood Pump + Nexium + Vitamin C + Vitamin D3 + magnesium + Calcium + my Hydralyte electrolyte tabs (this is a daily regiment)

Meant to hit Trest before going but I was in no mood to wake up prep and pin that at 6:30 am, so I skipped it, but will do today..

So anyways I hit Biceps and Triceps.

Oh before I get started, I wanted to mention, I am up 8+ pounds now and Im less then 10 days back in the gym. So this is amazing. I lost 12 total during the quarantine and I haven't even started my other suppz, so this should be an awesome 3 months LOL.

I have been eating healthy foods, mostly meats non stop and I think that is a massive factor, in addition to muscle memory.

So yeah did this routine (supersets)

Barbell Curls / Tricep Pushdowns on cable machine x5 sets
Dumbell Curls (alternating Hammer to regular curls) + Tricep DIp Machine x5 sets

Had a huge pump going to be honest for the volume I did and felt really good. I will admit I am tired right now typing this and could prob use a nap.

But once I hit my HRT dose and my AA products, I should be wide awake.

Next week I will start heavy EZ curl cheat reps (using momentum) I wont swing like crazy , but my arms really respond well to this method. My biceps have short heads,and they suck. Its super hard for me to grow them but this method usually works. Heres old video when I was strong and this would be cool to get back to being this strong again.

Brother I'm right there with you. I've been out of the gym and only minimal lightweight on and off training for over 3 months now. I've lost about 9lbs and gained some more flab. I've never had this long of a layoff and am very curious how long it's going to take to get back to where I was. What are your thoughts on (muscle memory)? My gym supposedly opens on the 29th fingers crossed.

Im up 8+ lbs and looking jacked pretty quick tbh. I was thinking it would take a month.

And I have yet to start any of my "suppz" w the exception I am on day 3 of Trest from AA and SR9009 is 10 days in.

I'm more motivated then I have been in a decade, so I think (so long as I dont get hurt) that in 90 days you and I both will look insane sir.
