Dropped a vial underwater, do I toss?
I'm sitting on some TNE vials that crystallized. I was heating the vial up to break up the crystals and like a fucking idiot I dropped the vial in the pot and it was submerged in water. Should I toss it? Also, how long does it typically take to meltdown the crystals back into the solution?

I have to do this with my 200mg NPP vial. It usually takes about 5 to 10 minutes to get it back in constitution. I warm water in microwave and then place vial in the heated water. I have also tipped my vial over in the water.

Probably took about 30 minutes of half the vial under pretty hot water on the stove and there痴 still a ton of crystals to melt. I packed it up for the night.
I guess i知 being paranoid about the vial going underwater. I知 an idiot on wheels and cooked up this scenario that dirt water got in the vial while submerged and i知 gonna inject some nasty shit into my body.

Same here broski. I thought the same thing. Mine was only under water for a few seconds but I immediately cleaned it with alcohol wipes and prayed to steroid gods for sympathy. I put the vial away and opened up a new one. Then I eventually used it. I have to heat mine almost every time I inject. Sometimes I don稚 have to do it but it usually only takes a good 5-10 min. I heat and shake it up and put back in water to heat up again

Try wrapping the vial in a heating pad or vent the stopper with just the needle and put in the oven at low low heat, like 150-200. Use oven mitts to shake the vial after taken out of the oven.

Heating pad is the way to go

So long as the stopper was intact and no large holes in it, it will be fine.
Remember, those are air tight and waterproof at all times unless damaged.

To be safe, just put the vials into a ziplock bag and seal. You don't necessarily need to boil, just plain hot tap water will do it as I've done that to reconstitute test that has crystallized from being left out in a really cold car one winter.

Yea, the vial is brand new and still has the cap on top. Still a bit paranoid.

Wow, the simplest thing I could've done. A fucking ziplock bag. I'm truly an idiot. Thanks friend. I'm gonna give it another go tonight.

Sometimes the simplest things are overlooked
A ziplock bag and hot water in the bathroom sink...genius!

Keep vials away from water.
I put my crashed vials in the microwave if I知 in a hurry.
You can also get a coffee cup warmer (like a hot plate) from Walmart or amazon for $3. Turn it on and set the vial on that for 10 mins.
