With my guys with bpc157 we do 125mcgs 1-2x per day IM in muscle near the injury or desired area but not directly in it.

go with 1 injection per week but some of my guys will
Even just duplicate the bpc dose and do it daily.
So it's common to have a client of mine run 250mcgs of each daily for 4-8 weeks
This is merely one method, let's see what others say too.
I used 1000 mcg of bpc a day for a week then dropped it to 500mcg for 3 weeks. I was using it for distal biceps tendinitis. The first time I used I got some relief but the pain was still there. I found the key was using it about an hour prior to lifting I would inject right into the bicep and tendon area. I believe key is to get it in ya then get blood flowing into the area.
