test., deca., t-bol, proviron( 750, 250,50ed,50ed) too much? not enough? goals: gain some strength,some dry weight, endurance, joint relief. 5ft 10in. 200lbs right now. just getting the soreness out from the layoff. must say im glad i did those 10,000 push-ups. made getting back a little easier! just had a complete physical,everything good. doc says bf 10-12%. says in great shape for 56. so maybe the vid. about no safe way to do the juice for bbing isnt totally accurate?been doing it for 30 years (on and off). knock on wood! if u got time, tell me what u think ( dosage,diff. compounds,etc) thanks guys!
