I’ve had success doing rest days low, workout days medium and one high
I'm trying to shed some fat. I was wondering how many days during the week you all do a high carb day vs. med carb day vs. low carb day? Right now I am on a plan that has one high day, five med days, and one low day. I feel that there are too many medium days. Thoughts?

How many are you eating now for high, med, low? I shed fat too quickly on a three day carb cycle 250-125-0, repeat. I did not care at the time whether it was a workout day or a leg day or what. I just cared about getting lean. Plus I was doing fasted cardio each a.m. 6 weeks = shredded.
When I contest prepped 2020 I did the cut a lot slower. 16 weeks.
