Thank you I always use less gear with good time off in between. My strength is my own. I don't like the fact that most guys are like dicks on Viagra. Without it, they are just flaccid.

Oh the misses were infuriating. Since I had to live with the failed attempt for a few days till I got to attempt this again. 2 weeks back. I almost had it but the weight plates slipped from the bar. Oh the frustration
