This is my normal routine when training sessions are in afternoon. When it's a day of morning training, I will do the same postwo shake, but an hour later eat eggs with liq whites added and a big bowl of rice Chex cereal.I slam a 50g whey ISO .. mixed with a 20oz Gatorade on my way to my car in gym parking lot immediately postwo. Then just like bigjape said, about an hour later a meal usually consisting of rice or potatoes for carbs and some type of meat for protein.

12oz liquid egg whites and 2 oatmeal packets flavor depends on what I’m feeling. Typically during offseason I’m using 16oz egg whites 1/2 cup oats 1 banana and 2 cups of fruity pebbles.

When I say 50g whey...I should clarify that is two scoops of my isolate which is 25g "protein" per scoop.What about 50 g whey one banana ?

Have any of you guys used carbohydrate powders for intra workout?
Yeah that works. Biggest thing is to restore glycogen stores after depleting them from the workout. That will help keep you anabolic and recover faster. I like to include oats as well.
