    For me, yes. I have mostly trained at night and consumed the majority of my daily carbs post and an hour and a half before bed when I was at my leanest. I do spread carbs throught out the day due to my hypoglycemia issue but most were post workout

    So what if he workouts after breakfast? All his carbs would be after workout and throughout the day.
