I used that spelling because of all the cousins eating all this shit in front of me!! This one about killed me!

I definitely do not partake but, If I am going to have sweets; it is gonna be this or those white fudge covered oreos!! I would easily eat a box if I touched one, especially if on GH/EQ!

I actually managed to drop 10 lbs so far doing intermittent fasting. I eat breakfast at 6:30, hit the home gym from 8 to 9-9:30. Sigh into my work computer at 9:30 and work for a few hours. Make the fiance lunch around 12:30 (she works at home too). Only she eats at this time. Then I go back to work for a couple hours then make myself a late lunch/early dinner around 3-4:00, then back to work till 6. Then a small protein snack sometime in the evening like 7-8. Usually beef jerky, greek yogurt (Two Good brand - only 2g of sugar per serving), or rolled up lunch meat like roast beef or turkey. I drink a shit load of water to keep myself feeling somewhat satiated. I'm actually grateful I had the chance to trim down a bit as under normal circumstances I probably never would have. I'm turning into a perma-bulker lol.
