    NPP insomnia

Anybody experience insomnia with NPP? I am currently running test 300/NPP 300/Mast 100. I wake up to the most sensitive noises and is also hard for me to go to sleep.

I donít have that happen to me but I think Iíve seen a few people on here mention this happening to them. Pop some melatonin before bed bro might help.

How was your sleep for the five years prior? Do you ever consider your sleep hygiene to be the culprit?

I have a client who canít sleep through the night. I explained it was as important as the training and diet.
Somehow in the conversation I discover he drink two pots of coffee per day, drinks several espressos, 2-3 energy drinks, some Yerba mate and green tea. I wondered if he left out the 8ball of coke too? Lol!
Never thought to ask because I didnít know a person could consume so many stimulants.

Good sleep hygiene can mitigate some of the insomnia sides from some steroids so looking into this might help.

Never thought the coke could keep me awake but will try to lower it to a gram a day!!lol jk but seriously though, the reason why i blame it on the NPP is becaus absolutly nothing has changed. Not my diet, not my consumption of caffein which is a cup of coffee and a caffeine pill in the morning and the preworkout. But again this is not new i been doing this for years. i will try to kick back on the pill in the morning and take my preworkout earlier. I go to bed at like 9:30 so i take my preworkout at 4. When i wake up im not really tired its almost like an adrenaline rush(kind of when you see your wife with your phone and you forgot to delete those pictures and messages you didnt want her to see!) I have heard that this could be common with tren but i didnt experience it all on my tren run.

Iíd give melatonin a shot or honestly some green strain kratom works for me as well .. and if worst comes to worst Iíve had trazadone from my primary and that helps as well. For me it might be a little different cause I have apnea Iím waiting to schedule a test but the above options have all worked for me

Both 19-nors so i is conceivable. Just havenít heard of it before. Everyone responds so differently to things. I thought Iíd try modafinil because of the chatter here. I took 50mg and felt horrible. Chest tightness and twitching. I tried again a few days later, same thing. Havenít heard anyone complain about that.
Then thereís that guy who can take 150mcg of T3. Everyone is different.

I'm generally a light sleeper and wake a couple times in the middle of the night normally. However this was last cycle was my first run with NPP..I noticed night sweats and a bit more then usual. And did find it a bit hard to sleep as I normally would.

I also haven't changed anything. And I have 2 cups of coffee per day. Almost never have a PWO stimulant. But I noticed I got realy hungry later at night. I'd wake up and eat something and it seemed to make me sweat more. I haven't heard many other say they experienced this but I did. I feel like my metabolism kicked up into high speed. If I didnt eat some kind of protein and small carb. I'd wake up at 2 or 3am starving.

^ This. More common with tren, but some guys do have problems with others. Magnesium in the evening helps a bit with tren, so you might give it a shot. Magnesium, gaba, red kratom, and OTC sleep aid...all good things to try. And skip any alcohol...it may help short term, but hinders in the long run.

I should mention something I have discovered recently.
I was sick of eating 10-15 fried egg whites before bed and was just getting up at 0130 to piss every night so I figured I would drink them instead.
For some reason I started cooking and eating before bed again an damned if I donít sleep deeper and longer on a full stomach.
I still get up to piss at 0130 but thatís a different issue altogether.

Insomnia is a bitch. Definitely happens to me on and off no matter what. Doesnít even matter what I am on. Some products make me fall asleep on the drive home from gym. Some I cannot sleep. I just found that trying to schedule the same sleep, same time each night is the only helpful thing. Besides supplements. I am allergic to Benadryl which is ironic .

I take both. So I dont know. This cycle has been a learning experiences. I've never been so hungry, sweat so much. Even at work, put in a little activity and just start leaking. It would've been great had we not had or gyms close down. I would've had some better results for sure. But I'm happy with it. I'm training for my new hob and spend alot of time there right now. 2 more weeks my training should he done and gyms should he open. I'm gonna take it back to heavy cruise for a bit, but I want to take a stab at it again.
    Test400, NPP500, Mast600. Loved it

I did for a bit on my first go round with npp it was only my second cycle and I ended up stopping it. I just started a new blast more experienced with how things effect ne and I I feel a little somethin but I think it' is nerves a mix of pandemic hysteria and waiting to see how new compound effects me etc. Melatonan works great for me I have a hard time getting to sleep on a regular basis my brain has a tendency to wander in the early hours of the morning. I have asked the same question in the past and it seemed like people agreed that it being a 19nor it could possibly effect someone that way. I'm dead set on growing with it tho so I'll rooofie myself if I have too.
